I asked him what time. Four hours later he responded between 1:00-2:00. The time came and went and I didn't hear from him. When I called him, he said he would be at my house between 4:30-5:00. Again, the time came and went. When I called him again, at 7:00, he said he had an employee coming out, Again, no show. He then told me his employee came out an hour ago. Nobody came by. He said he would call me back in 10 minutes and let me know where his guy was. He didn't call back for another hour. He said his employee wasn't calling him back and he could come out the following day. Needless to say I didn't agree to this. This company is unreliable and doesn't appear to be truthful. I'd avoid them at all costs.

He quoted the job in February and was ready to get started right away, but the job was delayed by rain for weeks. During that time, he stayed in touch, and as soon as there was a clear weekend in the forecast, he and his guys descended on the unsuspecting weeds that (once) ruled my yard. Before beginning, Mike spoke with me about some alternatives to my plan, and we were able to agree on a scope of work that everybody was happy with. They arrived right on time and immediately got to work. I haven't seen three guys get so much done so quickly in a long time. Within just a few hours, they were rolling out brand new sod and loading the final wheelbarrows of gravel into my new functional oasis. They were respectful of both my property and my family (my boys wanted to watch the entire process), and left behind a clean site. Mike is skilled, conscientious, and courteous, and I would hire him on again in a second for more work at my place. Thanks to him and his crew, in a few weeks, I'll be able to enjoy my new outdoor space with my boys.

Besides that, Silvestre also gave us a very competitive quote. He came over the next day to do the job and in about 4 or 5 hours my trees were nicely cut and ready for another year. He was very professional and had all the required equipment to do the job. He and his crew also cleaned up all the mess from the trees and even skimmed my pool from the debris that fell in! I have nothing but praise for Silvestre and his crew, I will definitely be calling you next year!!

Ken and his Lawn Pro Crew did a good job and completed all the work very professionally and in a…read moretimely manner. There were two areas I wanted improved: The front yard, with stone and a minimum of plants installed. The installation of stone on the entire front yard required the removal of the existing sod and plantings in two areas. The area between the walkway and the sidewalk; and the removal of aged plants in an area between the walkway and the house. After the old sod and plantings were removed, the areas were treated with preemergence weed killer. and two layers of ground cover were installed. Then several different types of rocks of various colors and sizes including cobbles were utilized to build a pattern Ken had sketched for me. To set off the new stone several boulders were placed in strategic locations in the stone field. The backyard adds new sprinkler system, sod, and upgrade of two boarders, After removing the old sod, a new sprinkler system was installed, and new sod placed. The existing concrete border between the sod and the wood fence would remain. The center section of this installation would have a rock field of a few feet between the edge of the patio and the existing boarder added. Another boarder was developed using bender board between the sod and the outer wall of the art shed. Lawn Pro also installed a short section, of a six-foot Redwood Dog Ear Fence. Lawn Pro repaired the existing irrigation valves and cleaned up the valve area. They also installed a hose bib on the outer west facing wall of my garage to provide the front area and drive with access to water. The work area was clean before they left each day. Again, I was very satisfied with Ken and Lawn Pro's crew responses and the professionalism they exhibited during the installation.
