When I am banking inside at a teller's window or at the drive-up window, I am always serviced by a friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous bank employee. Eric, Robin, Nora, Pam, Efron, Fernando, Meera, Neeva, and Sibel to name a few are employees who provide outstanding service. Being 83 years old, I always ask them to check my addition. If I made an error, they correct it with a smile. An employee has called me several times at home reminding me my CD needs attention. Another employee provided outstanding service when someone stole my purse with my banking information inside and even called me at home the next day to see how I was feeling. Today, they deposited MY check from TownCenter into MY account at Towncenter. Then acted confused when I asked for my money. I went in and told them it was not a deposit, but a withdraw. They then showed me someone else's check for a payment on their loan. They explained that I had made a payment on my load and handed me the check. Well I don't have a loan with TownCenter and that was not even my check. I later looked at my account and they had taken double the money out of my account. When I called I was told that tomorrow all my money would be available. They need to learn the difference between a deposit and a withdraw, maybe they could ask a Third grader to explain it to them. Also, make sure you count your money prior to leaving, more than once they have shorted me money... Maybe counting is not this banks thing.

First of all, it is preposterous that I have been without a Visa debit/credit bank card for the last 20 days as my card was captured on January 2nd due to suspected fraud. So I was told the card would come in the mail in 7 to 10 business days which is still too long. Never received it but when I when back to the credit union to inform them I still haven't received it, the Branch Manager gave me a printed notice stating they are implementing the card tapping system & that members would receive their bank cards by January 20th & they will need to be activated on January 26. Not making sense as it doesn't say the card could be activated immediately but the point is not only did I not receive an original card from the time it was captured on January 2nd but I also did not receive the new card featuring this tap to pay which again, was supposed to come in the mail by January 20th. What on earth is the problem here??? This policy needs to change! How can you possibly conduct business with this foolishness going on. Other banks issue their customers a new card on site when a card is captured, lost, stolen or destroyed as in if it ends up getting cracked, meaning the customer has a bank card at their immediate disposal which is necessary for most transactions in this day & age. I was only able to pay 2 bills in person so this has caused an extreme inconvenience where bills are late. And believe it or not, many businesses do NOT have the feature where you could submit your routing number in order to pay your bill so it's a no go there. To think we are threatened that our checking account will be closed over a measley $1.00 in arrears when they know damn well our Pensions will soon be direct deposited yet customers have to endure this insanity. I assure you the late fees for customers from not being able to pay the bills on time due to no bank card will far exceed $1.00. Another issue is how the credit union evidently monitors your credit score constantly so when you are ALREADY issued a credit card through them, they will not continue to honor the card even though the bills are being paid on time because they said your credit score dropped & I'm talking just a few points--no significant drop. How is it that a customer can lose a credit card that was ALREADY issued to them? Is this a policy with all financial institutions? People need their credit cards for any emergencies that may arise--especially in this day & age with cost of living issues. So needless to say, I'm more than disappointed. I have been a member for many years. They should give me my credit card back to restore some faith in them for all of the huge inconveniences that were caused by them from not having a bank card in my possession in a timely manner

I believe the name was changed to Park Federal Savings Bank in the 1970's. The "new" building that it is now was built in the early 2000's--like 2001 or 2002--where does the time go?? Anyway, sadly it is no longer Park Federal but Royal Savings Bank. Royal Bank acquired Park Federal Savings Bank in 2016. Park Federal used to be great because when you got a home mortgage with them, they actually kept your mortgage instead of selling it off like most banks did. I know two people who got mortgages with them. Unfortunately, I wasn't one of them--wish I had known this back then. I doubt that this is still the practice because I had heard a few years back that they might not be able to keep this practice up. Well, it was nice that they tried to as long as they did. SERVICE They always seemed to provide very good service to the neighborhood and it seems that they still do. Employees have always been friendly and helpful and still are. It seems the only thing that changed was the name. PARKING There are a few parking spots behind the building and a lot directly across the street (55th Street). Street parking can also be found, but watch for metered areas. BTW, they usually sell books of stamps, but happened to be out of them today. They are also available 7 days a week. I had a good experience cashing a check in the lobby. The teller was friendly making small talk and I didn't feel rushed. I also noticed the tellers were helping each other with the drive thru/lobby customers. I'll come back here if I'm in the area.

Low and behold, they slap a 10 DAY hold on the deposit for no reason.....even though I have deposited from this account before without an issue. Then I was told any checks coming in are now subject to being returned with a fee. I have NEVER had an issue with checks I have deposited. I have too much money coming in and out of this bank to be treated this way. I will be closing my account and taking my money to a bank not looking to gouge their customers with OD fees. In the meantime, I will leave negative reviews ANY place I can about this bank. HORRIBLE service.
