I came in to this branch to verify my identity for another bank, FNBO, that needed a bank representative to verify my information in person. The first representative I talked to didn't know what I was talking about, neither did the second one. Teneka was the only one that was able to assist me in verifying my identity so that FNBO could release the hold on my account. So props to her for that.
