Great staff and service. Patio in the summers is a great ambiance and vibe. Great for watching sports events too.

Good vibes, decent prices! Went for Halloweekend and it was only $10 cover to get in. Drinks aren't too pricey and it's very spacious. There is a downstairs bar and upstairs bar with pool tables and dance floor. The line normally wraps around the building so be prepared to wait to get in.

    Moldy Lemon Drop

Came here with my man last night around 7 to play pool. He orders us drinks and I noticed my lemon drop martini tasted a little funny, but I'm like I always think something tastes funny. Kept drinking it and as the drink got lower, I noticed that the lemon inside my glass looked dark on one side of it. It was dark by the table so I had to go over to the light to see. There was mold on the lemon!! I couldn't believe it! There is no way someone didn't see that before putting it into my glass. How? If you can't pay enough attention to put a moldy lemon in someone's drink, you need to be fired!! The server was really nice tho, had been since we walked in, and apologetic. She got the manager to come over and he comped our drinks and pool play. So if you decide to go here check your drinks before you drink them!

Hmm... ok, so to fair - I DID go here during Covid times. However, I anticipated more social distancing. There was a line basically wrapped around the corner once I was sat. I was truly shocked at the amount of people waiting 45-60 minutes to get into the bar. I guess I did good coming at 8:30 on a Saturday, because once 9:00 came, the line came. But the crowds, not just the line, were wild... women dancing on chairs, everyone bumping into one another while walking. There was no social distancing and none of the bartenders or bus boys I saw had their noses covered with their masks. More than likely wouldn't come back during this time due to the large crowd. I may have well been at a festival or concert honestly. On top of the crowd, I was unable to have a Paloma or Mai Tai due to shortage of some drinks. So I stuck with house Chardonnay. On a plus note, my server, Lindsey was awesome. I appreciate good service at a bar.

I remember the first time I walked into this place was the summer of 1994. I just got my new 1995 Mazda MX3, and I moved in with my two roommates Jeff and Jeff @940 East Fourth street. I have a lot of good memories there. I loved how they had a lot of live music on floor number two. The sad part was trying to get a drink. You had to walk across the street to get one. So fast forward to now, it has new owners the Yezbicks. Great people to know. Still a great place to hang out

Club scene, good music, sports on all the TVs, Freeman hit a walk off grand slam in the World Series when I was here. What a ball player.

I really want to update my review. I went to the Royal Oak Brewery on mother's Day after brunch…read more The place was still fairly full with large tables of people. There was only two of us we set up near the bar at a high top. We were greeted by Erin, still with a smile but obviously she had been working extremely hard that day. She grabbed our beers and gave us a chance to take a look at the menu. When she came back, she told us up front that the kitchen was about an hour behind, and asked if we still wanted to order. I find this to be such an attribute to her being a server. I wanted to give a shout out to her because otherwise I would have probably been upset if she just kept making excuses. By her being up front, it made my experience at this restaurant so much better. Honesty is everything when it comes to service and she exceeded our expectations. She kept checking on us making sure that we were okay? It was totally understandable being mother's Day. Our food came and I tried the Korean turkey burger for the very first time and I'll tell you it was outstanding. I do not give five stars very often but all in all my experience with the staff, and the food. The five stars is well deserved.
