Pool tables and beers that's what people love about Rustics. Again not my scene but I appreciate it for what it is. Old school beer joint that the hipsters haven't found yet or have turned their noses up to. This is your dad's bar, your uncle's bar, the not going to impress your date bar. Carry on Rustics. Don't change.

Not too big. Pool tables, foosball and locals.

Nice cheap neighborhood spot. They've got pool tables and a great patio area. Friendly and good service! Cash only though.

Great place to get a very cold beer in a casual, fun atmosphere. Great place - always a good time.

Dive bar feels, pool table, sassy bartender... check, check, check!…read more Built like a local watering hole you would find around old Detroit, Lenny's would be my go to if I lived closer. Great cocktail list, knowledgeable bartenders who can make just about anything, and great happy hour. Plus pool. If they had a cork dartboard I would move in next door. This was just a great experience and 100% stop here whenever I'm in the area.

This is actually the **second time I've had an issue with Chris ignoring us when we're trying to order**\. On top of that, after he served us one drink, he told us "y'all had enough," which felt really dismissive and unnecessary\. Being made to feel like you're not worth serving is frustrating, especially when you're simply trying to order something and enjoy your time with friends\. I also left feeling like he may not like my kind, in my opinion, based on how we were treated\. I understand that bars can get busy, but there's a difference between being busy and completely ignoring customers or speaking to them that way\. After this happening more than once, I don't think I'll be coming back ge turning down money the I honestly feel like the bar could make more money without Chris there--he's turning away customers and money by the way people are being treated\.

It's…read moreone of those spots you naturally end up at before or after a show, and it has that classic dive bar vibe that could be so good. But if you know crowds are coming when shows let out... you've gotta be ready for it. Two bartenders for a packed bar just wasn't cutting it. I waited about 20 minutes for a drink and eventually just gave up, which is frustrating when you're trying to enjoy a night out. And the one drink I did get earlier honestly looked like a sample cup. The place felt kinda dirty and weirdly quiet (before the rush)? Like super dark (which I get, dive bar) but no music or energy to balance it out. It just felt off. I've been here a few times now hoping it would hit different, but it hasn't yet. If you're the owner reading this, I'd just say plan for those post-show rushes. Even one more bartender and a little boost in atmosphere would go a long way. I'll probably still swing back because of the location, but man... I'd love to actually enjoy it next time.

Is it printed in small type on the credit card slip? YES. But wait....it gets worse. upon looking more closely At the charges....my drink tab was $98 and the second "tip" charge was $30 Had I been drinking and maybe not looked carefully enough at my Bill? YES. Do I feel this is wrong? DEFINITELY My advice is to pay cash and control this foolishness. Outside of being swindled, the staff was friendly and we had a good time.

Here is the lay of the land: Check in at the little red table in the center of the outdoor courtyard if you want "full service". - which means eating and drinking at a table with wait staff. It is not seat yourself at the outdoor tables, like we originally thought. There is a nice sized bar indoors and seating at the bar is first come first served. We ordered several of the small plate "snacks" and I can tell you that the hummus is not to be missed. It is served with (homemade?) tortilla chips that are absolutely addictive. They have lots of choices for wine, beer, and cocktails. Towards the back entrance of the property, there is a drink truck where you can also order "walkaway" food and drinks. Not entirely sure where you sit with the food/drinks you order, as most of the seating seemed reserved for full service. Additionally, there is a photo booth for pics (long line) and Warda Patisserie is right next door and accessible through a garden walkway.

The inside restaurant area is also beautiful. We wanted to sit inside at the bar, so we waited for some seats to open up. If you want to sit outside, all you have to do is order at the bar and they'll serve your drinks in plastic cups for you to take outside. The rhubarb pie punch was so delicious I had to order it twice! Probably one of my favorite cocktails I've ever had. I also ordered the maurixio cattelan, which tasted like ginger ale. For a snack before dinner, we chose to get the burrata and it was so refreshing. The service was great and our bartender was super friendly! The logo with the little lamb is adorable. I bought one of their wine glasses with their logo on it too for just $10.
