Only issues are the line is always really long even when it is not full downstairs. I've waited in line for up to 30 minutes when it wasn't very full and waited less time when it was. That was partially due to the security overdoing their job. Also, being that it is in a basement, it can get pretty humid but that is to be expected when in a basement full of people.
