I really enjoy this place they work hard to make sure you have a great visit. I would say every one should try it out.

I love this place so much. It's my go-to date scene with my boyfriend, who was born and raised in Mexico. He loves the food, so you know it's good! The salsa is fantastic, the food always comes out hot and very quickly. We rarely have to wait for a table. Be careful with the plates though, I went last night and burned my hand pretty bad on a plate, just a regular plate, not a skillet or anything. Usually the servers will tell you if the plate is hot, but we had a new guy and he forgot. This is still my favorite place to go though. Great food for a great price! read more

I have been here many times and it has always been consistent. Friendly staff and service is always good. They are always busy so you usually have a wait, but nothing too long. I normally get something spicy like the Camarones a la Diablo...it is my favorite however it is very spicy so you may need a beer or 2. Great place, good food, good service. read more

It's not the best Mexican restaurant that I've ever been to, but given the lackluster competition from other area competitors I am compelled to declare that Fiesta Mexicana is the superior restaurant. The food is perfectly adequate, the service is great and the free white dipping sauce is pretty darn good. I go here when I am craving that Mexican American sit down dining experience. read more

Margaritas taste like lemonade, I.e. no tequila, quesadillas are good, burrito sauce taste like marinara. Service is fast.

My favorite Mexican restaurant in the triangle area! They serve delicious, authentic Mexican food with pretty much the same menu and prices as any other Mexican restaurant. Some highlights include the fact they give you endless free white sauce in addition to salsa. (No, I don't know what the white sauce is- it's not cheese- and I asked the server once and he said it was just "white sauce"...whatever, it's delicious.) Another big draw that differentiates this place from other Mexican Restaurants in the area is that they have awesome drink specials everyday. Outside seating is available. read more

My wife and I came here for the 2nd time tonight with our 2 young kids. We had a horrible experience. Sitting 2 booths up from us was a table of 3 guys who were drunk and belligerent. Throughout the meal they were so loud I couldn't even hear my wife talking. They were swearing extremely loudly and discussing explicitly sexual things with our kids (as well as kids at other nearby tables) hearing everything. I asked the waiter twice to either move our table or to ask them to quiet down. He did not move us and told us that they had already asked them twice but they wouldn't quiet down. I ended up getting up and asking them myself to be quiet and not be so vulgar with kids around. They agreed and did for about 30 seconds and then it was back to f***'s and s***'s every other word. Another family with kids was seated between us toward the end and ended up getting up and just taking another table since the waiters weren't doing anything. Despite how hammered and belligerent these idiots already were the waiters continued bringing them beers and shots. It was very clear the waiters cared more about these guys who were spending money on booze than the families around them listening to them talk explicitly about sex in front of children. The sad part is these idiots then left and drove off hammered. This restaurant is irresponsible and does not care about the experience of its patrons unless they're paying for a bunch of booze. I'd stay away. Oh...and to top it all off the enchiladas poblanos tastes like crap. It was like they poured sugary chocolate sauce on top of enchiladas. They may have given me mole by mistake but if so it was a poor excuse for a mole. I definitely will not be back. read more

Not like the one in Cary that my kids grew up in and we have been going to for 17 years. This Clayton location was busy but food was just not as good and service was slow. My cheese enchilada was cold but the chili relleno was good. Right before leaving there was an ant crawling on the wall but where you have plants you will have bugs. read more

My husband and I have been here twice and it hasn't been a satisfactory service from staff. We like to have a couple of beers before dinner and their online specials never match the ones on the board. We have talked to the staff and they just don't seem to care. My husband ate lunch here and filled his punch card up. We met for lunch and he ordered ACC. I got a taco.His meal was $9.00. When we went to pay the manager gave him the taco free and charged him for the ACC. We told him we would pay separate because it wasn't fair,, but he swiped my husbands card anyways. There tea is 2.00 and they are not friendly. One time I returned a meal that was incorrect at the one in Clayton. The waiter who looked like an ex con was so angry he yelled at me! I didn't go back to that location and our family will not be going back to Garner Fiesta Mexicana. They do not appreciate their customersand are constantly going up on prices. read more

On the other hand, service, while adequate, seems to be on getting the crowd in and out - much server activity but little customer attention. One other negative - the ambience. We go to this restaurant on a regular basis and have for years. The food is good but the service varies. Our last experience was horrible!! We thought our waiter was mute. He would walk over to our table with his pad and just stand there. We had to flag him down if we needed anything. He was very unfriendly and acted as though it was an inconvenience for him that we were there. Hey wait, ...... don't customers provide you with a paycheck and tips???!!! We, also, had an order to go that he got wrong. No apology from him, of course. The woman up front saved him by apologizing and correcting the order. Years ago when this place first opened we considered it one of the top restaurants in our area. This past weekend we ate here and vowed to never return. The food was less than average, the service was horrible and the cost was outrageous! We ate here at lunch time, family of 4 and it was $60 bucks with the tip ( no alcohol ordered)! My husband and I went to this restaurant for lunch on his birthday. It was around 1pm, so it was not busy. The special, which I ordered, was supposed to be an onion and mushroom quesadilla. I don't like mushrooms, so I ordered without, thinking surely there were more ingredients on it so I wouldn't miss the mushrooms. It came, after 50 minutes of waiting (unheard of in a Mexican restaurant) and it was ONLY onions and a tsp of cheese. WORST quesadilla EVER. How do you mess up a quesadilla?! The food was fine, but the service was slow and half of what we ordered was wrong. We stopped in reading quick and friendly service after a late flight. We are regulars here. We've never had less than a very good time. The food is good, but the quality/taste can depend on what you order. The ACC and ACP are delicious as are the tacos de carne asada and all the burritos I've tried. The chips and salsa are tasty, and taste different visit to visit making me think they make up batches and don't jar it. The at the table guacamole is very good too and worth trying. I just had the Enchiladas Poblana, which were less good than usual. Not bad, but not my favorite when there are so many other good things to have. The staff is super nice and friendly. They always cater to my 6 and 2 year old and really seem to enjoy interacting with them. It never seems to be forced or just for the tips either. Everybody in the restaurant is hard working and conscientious. I don't find them to be pushy or hurried. Just busy and attentive! I have found the margaritas to be hit or miss. We have found that it doesn't matter how you order them, you get what they bring. We're ok with that by now. They're happy to fix it if you insist, but they're good anyway so we usually just drink them. read more

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Completely unprofessional. I had three beers and a shot and was made to feel like I was a nuisance when I asked for a cab. Waiter wanted ME to call them, even handed me his cell phone. I'm from out of town and didn't know where I was. When I pointed it out the "manager", her reprimanded the waiter in front of me. Very unprofessional. "Manager" told me he was the owner Mr.Perez, which I could see in his eyes was a lie. I'd hate to see how they treat friends that come to their home. BTW, I'm Mexican, speak Spanish, AND tend bar in 2 upscale hotels, I could have sent people your way dummies! C'MON MAN! The real Mr.Perez needs to clean sh-t up over there. When I asked to speak to the owner, I was told he was too busy with "paperwork". REALLY? Either the waiter or Mr.Perez has to grow some balls. CLEAN IT UP MESSY!!!
