Instead of answering, the senior saleswoman repeatedly cut me off. Her response to almost every question was a condescending, "Why can't you look that up on the website?" or "Did you know there's a website?" Her tone was arrogant and made me feel as though my questions were an inconvenience. A few major red flags for potential customers: Lack of Transparency: No prices or information are displayed on any of the machines. High-Pressure Tactics: I was verbally quoted $1,999 for a model and told if I didn't buy it by the end of the month, the price would jump to over $3,000. Poor Customer Service: When I thanked her upon leaving, she gave me zero reaction. I even called another location to report my experience, and the person on the phone seemed completely indifferent--not a single apology was offered. I am a sewer who helps teach beginners in a local senior group, and I was prepared to be a loyal customer. Instead, I left feeling irritated and dismissed. I will be looking into other brands like Juki or Janome and will certainly be advising my sewing community to avoid this establishment.
