This is a very, very tightly packed store, very similar to the outlets you find in the textiles downtown. But tell them what you need and they will find it for you! The stuff they sell are not name brands but items that industrial sewing factories use. They speak some English so it helps if you have pictures to help explain your projects. I brought knits to dress 5 kids for Halloween and the cost for all the fabric cane out to 30 dollars. They don't have every color of thread or zippers in the rainbow, nor bias tape, but creative folks will teach you how to improvise. While in the area might as well check the stores. We went here specifically for fabrics. My son is into sewing right now so this place has a wide selection of different types of fabrics. They also have accessories. Are they cheaper - maybe/ maybe not but my son wanted to see fabrics so that's why we are here. He picked up some items and accessories he needs, we also got a roll of pattern paper and a yard of fabric he will use to "practice with" Service is easy - pick a fabric and bring it to the table and they'll cut it for you.
