I fainted 3 times and had bleedings for days and I don't even talk about the pain and the size of my face. I had infection too since he forgot to prescribe me antibiotics. It was such a traumatism that I could not go to a dentist again after that . I have decided to take care of my tooth by myself using sodium bicarbonate for cleaning and others natural remedies to cure my tooth. For 6 years I was doing so.Being a smoker and a heavy coffee drinker my teeth was stained that I would preferred to stop having coffee and smoking than going to see a dentist ; I was so scared I ve tried so many times but I never could go far from the waiting room . My pain have started 7 months ago due to wisdom tooth and tooth decays ,last Sunday night painkillers where not working any longer. I live not far from the Jefferson Dental clinic that is the first reason why I have chose to go there, also there is no waiting period and there is a possibility to apply for financing. Every body there is friendly ,helpful, carrying and professionals. Its a busy clinic Saturdays but still you don't really feel that you are waiting. Somebody was constantly coming to check on me besides there is a TV in each cabin so when waiting your dentist you can watch Netflix.... Thanks to Doctor Kadam , she reconciled me with dentists :) and will be making her my main dentist! I was shaking during all the procedure ,Dr Kadam and her adorable assistant helped me to relax a bit. I had extractions this time too but I never felt any pain before or after . I am very happy with my choice I still having two other visits coming but I do not feel stressed and worried anymore about it. I strongly recommend this clinic and thanks the whole team for the services!

By the time he came back, I needed another numbing injection... it took forever for my tooth to get pulled and I could feel pressure and pain! From the back and forth tugging. Anywho, I'm not sure what's going on on that side where the tooth was, but there's a hard bump where the tooth used to be, as if a piece of tooth is still there. Everyone here was nice and Laura was my hygienist who did my cleaning and X-rays. She was really kind and friendly. Navigating insurance and finding healthcare providers in a new city is beyond overwhelming so I took my time finding a dentist. I am so happy I found District Dental! Parking was easy. Check in was easy. Reminder system is great. I saw Dr. Thomas. She was amazing as was her hygienist and front desk staff. They printed out a full quote for everything that I need done that was easy to read and understand as well as gave me a referral to a trusted oral surgeon. I am excited to go back because I know that I'm in good hands!

I went in for a new patient visit today. They did a round of X-rays and I met with the dentist, who…read morereviewed the X-rays and did an exam. She said everything looked good. Then the dental hygienist came in and informed me that based on his review of my X-rays I needed a deep clean to remove some buildup under my gums (which he specifically said is not a new problem) but he'd be willing to do a medium deep clean. The insurance specialist informed me it would cost over $300, out of pocket. To be clear, I go to the dentist every 6 months and have my entire life. I brush twice a day and floss daily. The dentist today had no concerns about my teeth after reviewing my X-rays. No dentist (or dental hygienist) has ever recommended a deep clean before. And I was told this is "not a new problem." I declined the medium deep cleaning, the hygienist refused to do a regular cleaning and I left. The whole experience felt very scammy. And I still need to get my teeth cleaned.

I am writing this review to speak on the unprofessional service I received when the dentist…read moreinstalled two crowns. I've had crowns before and they were put in by a very good dentist. The dentist at Jefferson was not comparable. She makes a conscious choice to be condescending and arrogant with a smile. Both crown attached with no issues, but because of me not having them replaced quickly enough, created some issues. She did little to no adjustments and acted as if I did not grasp what I was feeling in my mouth when I chewed. She listened to respond and dismissed my issues. I gave her 2 chances to be a professional and actually address my issues. Speaking to me in a condescending manner was not it. Not making the adjustments to ensure i was a satisfied customer shows her lack of regard for me as a patient and a person. I am going on a cruise and typing this from the ship. I went to her with the issues i had and she really made no adjustments. The teeth that are opposite of the crown needed to be adjusted. Something she did not want to do. She did however express to me that i will get used to it. This condescending manner more than anything angered me so much that i had to give this review. I will say that the office staff were excellent when I dealt with them. They were friendly, proficient and professional. They are the only reason I gave this office 2 stars. They should be rewarded with extra pay having to deal with a Dentist that is so unprofessional and arrogant.

Well wouldn't you know it i went in for my annual cleaning and they said I needed another deep cleaning because I was supposed to go back after 3 months when I originally and conveniently told 6 months. Not sure if it was just poor communication on their staff or they just trying to "extract" more money but needless to say I will not be going back.
