The front desk personnel asked me my form of payment, and my reply was a credit card. She never mentioned a service charge when I handed her my card. It was only after the fact that I noticed a small sign to the right of the counter. While at the front desk, the phone kept ringing and another lady who was just sitting there, never moved a muscle. That explains why all calls are not answered! It has been months. I have never heard back from the office to schedule my son's surgery.

I figured I would try it out since I knew that this location was pretty new. Scheduling an appointment was very easy. The option of filling out the paperwork before you come in is nice and speeds up the process. The staff from reception, hygienists, and dentist (Dr. David) are very nice. Their lobby is very beautiful. There is a coffee bar in the lobby and the hygienist offered me a bottle of water while I waited. There's TVs in each bay so that helps the time pass while you wait. The best part is that they're open two Saturdays a month so that is very convenient. They were very busy today, but they kept checking on me and apologized for the wait so it wasn't really an issue.
