She immediately thought the worse and lied about her prescribing cans and can-nots. I get what the US is going through with this "opioid crisis" but if you get your teeth drilled for hours and a root canal you are entitled to 3. I will never recommend anyone to this place.

They don't pacify you with video games & magazines while you wait forever. They got me in & out during my lunch break when I went in for a cleaning. Then, not even a week later, I had to go back because my dog decided to turn my brux guard into a chew toy. I guess I should just be glad she didn't choke... but ugh, I paid 600 bucks for that thing (at my last dentist) since my insurance company wouldn't cover it. I explained my need to come in to Karen, the receptionist. Not only did she fit me in THAT day, but she also called my insurance company & found a bite plate they *would* partially cover. So, instead of paying another $500 out of pocket for a new plate, the new one cost me $167 because it's made from a different material. I'm so glad she looked into that for me. I went in last Wednesday to have a new impressions made. Today (Monday) I got a call to tell me the new brux guard is ready - yes, already! I went at lunch to pick it up the same day. That was so fast & painless. I wish all dentists were like this because making appointment months in advance is a complete joke in my world. They might not keep a massage therapist or have huge plasma tvs at every chair, but why should they? They get you in & out before you have a chance to wait. I love my dentist and her staff!

Avoid this place like the plague! I got a re-treatment done here (last year in July) plus another…read moretooth that he said needed a root canal which probably wasn't true. I paid about $2,300 for both procedures. Dr. Okoli has a heavy hand the shots I received literally took my breath away.. they were so painful and I have a high tolerance for pain. Then he kept going back and forth between patients while my mouth was open for over two hours. Fine I get it he's busy so I didn't complain hoping the job he did was well done. Well not even a month later I started having pain on my tooth and I went back within 4 months and he said it was due to grinding and he only got that idea because I mentioned it to him. He said everything looked fine so I left it at that. 3 more months passed and I'm still having issues well I go again and they say the same thing. I go back in July of this year and now they take a scan and he says there's infection so I would need a Apicoectomy on that tooth then proceeds to check my other healthy teeth saying I need two root canals on both my k9s! I have had no issues whatsoever with those teeth. Since I was having pain on the other root canal he did he tried to say it was my other teeth! At this point I got a second opinion and went to see an endodontist in the woodlands and she was honest and said an Apicoectomy would only cause damage to my sinus. It would be very risky and she only recommended a possible re-treatment but thinks that it's best to pull the tooth out completely since there was a lot of infection. I brought this up to Dr. Okoli and said that the treatment should be free or give part of my money back. Their excuse? It's been over a year since the treatment so they couldn't do anything about it.. mind you I've gone to their office twice way before the year and he kept saying it was fine. He waited until the year to do a proper scan to tell me there was infection and now wouldn't cover any damages he did to my tooth. Thanks to his terrible work I now need an extraction and implants. After he saw the report of what the other doctor recommended he refrained and said he wouldn't do treatment and to just get an extraction. He could care less about his patients all he sees is money. Go anywhere else but here save yourself the stress and money because this place is all after the fake reviews and your money. If you have issues with any of his work they'll gaslight you and will look the other way. I told them I would write a review and the very next day I received a letter stating they will drop me as a patient. I will hopefully steer people away from this business because that's all it is. No compassion and a patient is just a number here.

Unfortunately, I found myself needing a root canal after a long ordeal with a broken crown. My dentist reached out to an oral surgeon colleague in the area who immediately referred her to Dr. Spradley as being one of the best. They got me in about a week or so after calling for an appointment. I was genuinely surprised that was the soonest they were available seeing as this office only does root canal procedures. However, I realize now that's just a testament to how good they are that everyone comes here to have that done. While I didn't get to see Dr. Spradley personally, I was very happy with the care I received from his associate. Everything was thoroughly explained to me, they went over the financial aspect with me and were very reassuring to me throughout the procedure. I felt listened to and well cared for. I've had dental procedures that lasted a lot longer and were a lot more uncomfortable. I was very pleasantly surprised at how "easy" the procedure was. It was painless. The only negative is that they did inform me a small piece of tool broke off in the root that they were unable to safely retrieve. However, they showed it to me on my X Ray and told me that it shouldn't cause me any issues now or in the future. They emailed a detailed report to my regular dentist following the procedure which I really appreciated. They also provided after care instructions that included Dr. Spradley's personal cell number should I have any issues after business hours. Root canals are definitely not ideal, but if you need one this is definitely the place to have it done.
