I recently completed my Level 1 Reiki Certification with Alisha and I can barely put into words how incredibly amazing this experience was! I stumbled upon Alisha as I was exploring new yoga studios. At the time I was experiencing an internal desire for change and pull back towards my spiritual side but knew I needed to do some 'house' cleaning before getting started. Reiki has always been something I have felt called to, yet for me it has not been easy to find someone I fully trust to let in to my energy field. I am so grateful the universe brought Alisha into my life. She is the real deal and is also very obviously aligned with her life purpose. Over my time I've tried different approaches to understand myself and what I thought was wrong with me. I figured, it couldn't hurt to try life coaching. I did not realize that it is something to help you with who you will be vs therapy which focuses on who you used to be. I wasn't sure if I could be helped but the first step I took was trying and reaching out to Alisha and then having her say in the initial consult that she could help me.
