First of all, let me preface this by letting you know that I am brand new to this type of experience. I had a recent breakup and was searching for something/anything to help with the deep healing. I was willing to give this a shot. I came in to Alisha's office, and she was very accommodating, considering I arrived a day EARLY for my appointment. I can't even express how grateful I am I met Alicia. I was not in a good place last year and started sliding in depression mode. It's when you wake up in the morning but don't really want to get out of bed or do anything at all. I knew I needed help so I started looking for a therapist/life coach. I simply went on yelp. Every session with Alicia was a beautiful conversation. She would let me talk, vent, cry, let it all out and then again lovingly would just ask a question or two that i needed to answer for myself.
