Prior to closing in my house, I requested 100s of issues with using the wrong size of finish nails on the trim/baseboards in my brand new house and apartment be addressed. I was told they would be fixed. Instead the paint tape I used to show the issues were just removed. I was lied to and told everything was ready to go and I was coming from Idaho so it's not like I had time to check. For the last year I've had to beg Fielstone warranty to fix these issues. They tried 3 separate times to fix these issues, lied to me because they think I'm a just a single woman who they can deceive and tried to say I never pointed out anything prior to closing. They wasted so much of my time and engery over all this instead of just doing the job right the first time. The different departments/contraxtors then blamed each other. I was told this is just how new homes are even though not one other house in my neighborhood had these issues and they built all of them. In the end, I had to threaten to get an attorney involved. Some of the issues were fixed but I just get to live with the rest. Other than ripping out the trim, there is nothing to do. I have sent close to 50 emails to them in the year since I closed on this house over these and other issues. The last email was completely ignored as far as ever scheduling anyone to come out. Every person I have talked to in this neighborhood feels like they have been ripped off. These houses are built poorly. They charge so much for any upgrade it's ridiculous. The materials are so bad and even with upgrades it's still for poor quality. My house value is down at least 50k since one year ago because no one is buying their homes in this neighborhood anyway. I would never build with these guys again. read more

We like the house, but the builders made several mistakes. For example, before installing the carpet, they didn't clean the debris on the floors, leaving dust throughout the house. We didn't discover this issue until we removed the carpet. They also left significant construction gaps in the garage and used the cheapest insulation in the attic. As a result, the house was not only under-insulated but also poorly built with low-quality materials that lacked essential anti-rodent treatments. This led to a serious infestation of mice, which entered the house through the construction gaps and built numerous nests in the subpar insulation. To address the problem, I had to spend $12,000 to remove the inadequate insulation, sanitize the entire attic, and install rodent-repellent insulation. The frustrating part is that they could have spent just $2,000 more on higher-quality materials and done a better job constructing the garage, avoiding this mess entirely. The closer I look at the house, the more flaws I find, highlighting how much they cut corners by using cheap materials. I paid over half a million dollars for this home--it wasn't a budget house. I'm deeply annoyed and frustrated with their poor craftsmanship and lack of care. read more

I'm glad I took algebra so I understand negactive numbers.... Unfortunately the rating scale doesn't allow ratings below zero! The Slist.... Purchased July 2022 Paint overspray throughout the house on laminate flooring. Warranty could never resolve since the paint is almost impossible to remove in the grooves of the laminate flooring. HVAC barely supplies air movement to the two front bedrooms. The supply ducts installed look like spaghetti. Go Figure!!! Shower was installed out of square thus the sliding shower door leaked from the start. Plumber blamed framing and Sheetrock install. When they removed the Sheetrock to shim the framing to square up the shower there was NO INSULATION behind the shower in the exterior wall. WTF????? i could tell that the guy from Fieldstone was embarrassed and he went out and brought some insulation. Having construction experience I shimmed the shower and sheet rock on the exterior wall and floated the sheet rock mud to connect the disparate angles. Additionally several of the bathroom sinks won't hold water and the handles wont stay tightened even after tightening the set screws several times. Windows on north side allow a little draft when wind blows hard.... which is often in Eagle Mountain. Microwave gave us problems and eventually stopped working. Last night the water heater went cold. I couldn't get the pilot light to light after trying several times. I'm not sure if I want to call for repair or just get a new one since parts and labor could be more than what a new one costs. If you think I'm overstating anything come by 970 Harrier St in Eagle Mountain and I can show you everything. You are probably better off buying a yurt or shipping container and just build it yourself. read more

We first heard of Fieldstone because my grandparents were building a home out in Saratoga Springs with them, we went and walked through the model home for fun, and after hearing more about their ADU options, we wanted to go meet with the agent onsite and learn more. When we arrived, my husband half way through the meeting explained he was a realtor and Brianne began to say how we were unethical by not stating it the first time she met us when we were just walking through for fun. My husband explained how the first time we had no intention of knowing more and she repeated how it was technically unethical but she would let it slide. I have never met with a home building company who accused us of being unethical for not stating my husband was a realtor the second he walks through the model home. They also keep showing on all their billboards that they offer FREE BASEMENTS, it's not true at all. My grandparents house was 40k less than they are selling for now, so they just raised the base price 40k and are using it as advertising. It's not accurate, they put a bad taste in our mouths and we won't be building with them. read more

The house is less than 2 years old and the problems keep stacking up. I wrote one review earlier since then we have found yet another sprinkler box that sod had been laid over. One of our toilets has been leaking, likely since the house was built to the point where the water is now seeping into the crawl space and up through the flooring. They avoid doing anything about the problems and do not want to honor the warrant. They did not care about finished product of this house just that they got it up and sold. read more

I do not recommend Fieldstone Homes. In fact, I urge others to avoid them. My family moved in to a new Fieldstone homes build back in May of 2021 and regret it very much to this day. Theres plenty of things that have been wrong, from truly bad paint work to flooring not matching, but the most outrageous problem has been the unfinished basement. In the first year of living in the home, we've had water come through 4 out of the 5 basement windows, as well as through patches of poorly done concrete in the foundation. Fieldstone Homes cut so many corners in the building process that we've had to have them come out and replace/repair almost non stop during warranty. What is worse is that even after warranty was up, we've continued to have water come through our basement, as well as a few of our neighbors built by Fieldstone. Fieldstone homes admitted to poorly grading the ground around our home before we closed, claimed to have fixed it, but never actually did. We have terrible grading that forces all water to our home, we have seen so many corners cut in the way our foundation was poured, our windows were set, etc. that we have 0 confidence in finishing our basement because we never gone more than 3 months in the 2 years we've lived here without water getting in to our home. Despite a long and proven list of consistent issues with water in the basement, Fieldstone has never taken full responsibility and while they have done some very patchy band-aid fixes, have failed to ever properly address these issues and give us the type of home we were told we were buying. Trust me, you don't want this happening to you. Buy a home from someone else. read more

Fieldstone Homes cut so many corners with our home and they've done absolutely nothing to help with the issues directly caused by them. The header above our garage is comple rotted and now has to be replaced and unfortunately, our ENTIRE neighborhood has this same issue. I'm looking at 10k in repairs for their poor craftsmanship. I have called, left messages, and reached out to them on FB, but they're ignoring me. I'm beyond frustrated and will NEVER build, buy or recommend Fieldstone Homes. read more

This company is the absolute worst! I was building what I thought would be my dream home, but it ended up being a nightmare!! First the company refused to fix a window during the framing stage that was obviously crooked, then the concrete company poured the driveway and did not place any signed or caution tape, the kids from the surrounding neighborhood rode their bikes and scooters all over wet concrete and ruined it. To add insult to injury fieldstone homes refused to fix or re-pour the concrete leaving the driveway looking like it was poured in the 1960's. After a few weeks the porch was poured, to my surprise there was a big crack right in front of the front door. Again they said they would look at it and got back to me saying it was cosmetic and they would not be fixing the issue, they also refused to warrant the work. I talked to a few contractors and they told me it would cause a huge problem when water gets in the crack and freezes! Towards the end of the building process they installed he AC unit, it looked like it was removed from a previously owned home and placed into ours. Again we asked why it was so loud and didn't look new. They replied with "it's just dirty all units get looking like that". Our lender was taking too long to get our lending process done so they asked me for more money down on top of the Ernest money we had given. Considering all of the issues that were in place and the lack or warranty and the crap quality of this builder we decided to walk away from this home and look at building with a different contractor. We are painting contractors and this stuff may fly with other people who don't know any better. But this will never fly with me, or anyone else who knows what they are doing and looking for! Horrible builder as far as finish work and quality. Great floor plans. My suggestion, find a similar plan elsewhere! This company will steal your money and give you a house that will need repairs within a year or two. read more

You have to understand, most people who actually end up leaving a review for a builder ONLY do so when they're upset. Fieldstone builds thousands of homes a year and only 11 people left a review? Same thing for any builder. woth that said, we built a townhome with them and had an awesome experience - not perfect, but we are stoked for our new home. It's gorgeous and for the couple minor things that have come up after, they've been prompt with the warranty to fix them. The only complaint I have is the lack of communication (never reached out to me I always had to reach out to them) during the build process, but I hear that's different between their agents. OUTLET for the Disposal and Dishwasher was installed under the kitchen sink on the floor base of the cupboard right next to the HOT and Cold water lines and valves, and directly under the sink. The outlet should have been installed on the BACK WALL of the "under the sink cupboard" and up at least 6 to 12 inches from the cupboard floor base. Because of your contractors installation, a very dangerous and hazardous situation was created which could have been life threatening and at the very least cause mechanical or electrical failure to the appliances plugged into this outlet. Our home is in Centerville Utah in the Pineae Gardens HOA, and was built by FieldStone Homes. Water recently somehow dripped into the outlet causing malfunctions to the dishwasher. Had the outlet been installed in the right location according to code, and common sense which apparently some contractors don't possess, this would not have happened. The outlet would still have been according to code also had it been installed UP FROM THE CUPBOARD floor on the back wall of the under the sink cabinet. In fact this would have exhibited that the builder and the contractor actually care about the customers safety and satisfaction. Very disappointed in FieldStone's contractors and the absence of pride and common sense they take in their workmanship. Two different AC contractors measured the HVAC air return and displacement factors and recommended very expensive changes to a system that was inadequate for the size of the home. Five and a half years after the home was built it required a new furnace and AC unit. $17,000 plus dollars. There is a lot we like about the home, but quality, enduring workmanship, and common sense are lacking to the point that buyers need to be aware. One of the most obvious errors was the hose bib that the backyard hose connects to. The outside tap was installed higher than the hosebib valve. This prevents water from draining WHEN THE TAP IS TURNED OFF. The result was about $2,000 dollars worth of water damage caused by the water that would not drain, freezing in the pipe and causing it to leak into the basement the next spring when the back yard hose was turned on. I'd go ahead and buy through Fieldstone, but only if you are convinced they care about your satisfaction and safety, and their workmanship. read more

If you're looking to have your home built, I would think twice before going through Fieldstone. I write this review as Realtor and having first hand experience how unprofessional they can be. First the lack of communication was disturbing, not only for me, but for my client as well. My client would contact me repeatedly letting me know how frustrated they were with dealing with Fieldstone reps. It literally would take them the minimum of 72 hours at times before we received a response. Agent to agent, beware of the escrow department. The lady I spoke with was extremely rude & unprofessional. She was frustrated because I had the nerve to ask how long it would be for me to collect a signature from the manager. What's so hard for someone to do their job. It took several days to get someone to sign their own disclosure. Ridiculous! I will think twice in the future before referring a client to buy a Fieldstone home. read more

They refuse to work with you even though they have disrupt your life qith all the set back and lack of promises kept. Would never build with them again. We bought our home in June 2017. We loved the layout and location and that is ultimately what sold us on the home. It was a spec home so we weren't able to choose much, but we were happy with 75% of what they had chosen. As one of the first five homes that was built in my community, we were the guinea pigs. We put in our fence and backyard landscaping within three months of moving in. Our home was graded "by the eye of the superintendent", because, come to find out months later, they didn't have some sort of laser tool for the first five homes. Ok, well, my home was graded a certain way, but then the two homes next to me were graded entirely different because they were built later in the process. One of the homes is a few feet higher than mine and they placed a rock wall right on top of my fence. It's been encroaching ever since. Our backyard was fine until they started doing the third phase of the community. The homes behind mine are considerably higher than mine and as soon as they started construction, several of my neighbors and I dealt with water issues. One neighbor had several inches of standing water in her entire backyard at one point during a flash flood storm. We came to find out that the "plan" was for four different homes to be the drainage for the three homes behind us. How this makes any sense at all is beyond me. Ever since then we've had issues. Their plan is to create "swales" along property lines, which by the way totally mess with how your yard looks. (but my house never received any swales, because I was one of the first five and they didn't do that) The swales and birms placed on these properties do not work at all. Everytime it rains or snows there is an insane amount of water between 6-7 homes. One home is taking on a large amount of the water in their backyard. But that backyard backs up to my backyard and that water is now making it's way into my yard. It never did this before, but the way they've built these homes behind me, it's created a nightmare water situation. There is nowhere for the water to go but sit. And then freeze and then sit again when it thaws. All while this property gets very little sunlight so that water isn't going anywhere ever. I'm sick and tired of Fieldstones "plans" that do nothing. They want to "fix" the issues with the least amount of money being spent. They get irritated when you bring the issue to them again and again. Well, guess what? You guys created the problem in the first place and you need to understand that homeowners want to protect their investment, so yeah, we're going to bug you as long as we want, until it's actually fixed. But, in my honest opinion, for this particular issue, I don't believe there is a fix. I think they're patching it and hoping for the best. They refuse to put drains in and say it won't work. It very well may not work, but neither does their plan. We love our home and the layout is awesome. We have found some finishes to be less than awesome and we had a few things fixed during our warranty time. The subfloor on our second level sucks. We had it fixed and looked at several times and it's still not right. I do like that they come in and fix all popped drywall screws after a year and paint as well. Most warranty issues were easy enough to deal with. But the landscaping and water issues are a complete joke. The landscaping company they use is the worst and I don't recommend them at all. Our front yard feels like a minefield, it's so insanely choppy and uneven. The landscapers also stole from us one day when our garage was open and we walked inside for a few minutes. Our hvac set up is not great. We barely get any air flow through our main floor, or in our recently finished basement. Our upstairs however is flowing like crazy. It makes no sense and when they came to check it out they said they couldn't really do anything about it. It has been a common issue in our community, with the main floor being a lot colder than the upstairs. Like I said, love my home, it's pretty good quality, although we'll see as time goes on. But I would honestly be wary buying in communities that have homes close to each other. They don't take into consideration things that they should. It's all about how many homes can we possibly smash into this area. Do your research and read reviews. Heck, even talk to neighbors if you can. read more

This company is the worst. As another poster said I thought I was building my dream home and it is a disaster. Not to mention the grade they left my lawn in. I have been working every day off since march trying to fix it. Almost done now, but the problems inside just never seem to stop. Their finish carpenters shot 2 nails in to water lines that didn't leak until 5 months or so in to us living there. When we finally caught it there was mold damage everywhere. Told them about it and they sent a bacteria specialist to fix it. He looked at me and said I can't do anything about this. I have to go through the subcontractors to get anything done. Its a nightmare. I would recommend nobody build with these clowns read more

The reviews on here are either 5 star or 1 star. I don't think Fieldstone is either; I would say they're somewhere in the middle which is why I give them 3 stars. We bought our first home with Fieldstone and overall we are pleased with our home and love it. However, the quality is not quite what we expected and what Fieldstone loves to tout online. We have had several quality issues with our home and after trying to get Fieldstone to fix them, I have opted to fix most of them myself because my quality is a million times better and I am very particular. So I would rather fix it myself so that we are happy with it and not waste theirs or my time waiting on people to come and do a crappy job. (P.S. they leave you paint and extra materials so it's a matter of some time and paint brush/roller). Since moving in we have watched other houses be painted and the paint crew is a joke. They love to paint over sawdust so watch out for that. We had a few little mishaps along the way during construction, but all of those items were fixed before closing. There are bound to be mistakes along the way but Fieldstone did a good job of correcting the mistakes to our satisfaction and I think that's what's important here. While finding dust everywhere is inevitable in new construction, and vacuuming and consistent cleaning is necessary to get rid of it all, we were furious to discover weeks later that the furnace was a complete disaster. The workers run the HVAC while they work so all of that saw dust, paint, etc go into our furnace and duct work. The filter they use is no filter at all; I could stick my finger through it; it doesn't trap ANY dust! We replaced it the day we moved in so that the furnace would help filter the dust out of the air. We also had saw dust and scrap wood inside the floor vents! I started to vacuum off the furnace and the vents, only to find the blower motor was covered in debris. We are now having the furnace and ducts professionally cleaned and are hoping it will improve our air quality so we can get over the dry coughs we have all had since moving in. Communication with Fieldstone has been pretty good. Their warranty department is slow and after 6 weeks we are still waiting for our flooring to be fixed and after 8 weeks we are still waiting on 2 bowed cabinet doors to be replaced (they said they are still waiting for them to arrive). Our driveway approach wasn't formed correctly so the approach wing angles do not match the rest in the neighborhood. Fieldstone is fixing it, but they said it would be done 3 weeks ago; still waiting. Fieldstone has beautiful floor plans and materials. One of the factors that contributed to us choosing to build with Fieldstone was the fact they use Hardie siding and it's standard (not an upgrade)! We put several upgrades into our home and most of them were worth it and turned out good, but with some of the upgrades they didn't do a good job at all and I am still fighting Fieldstone about those. If I paid extra for things I expect them to be done correctly and with quality workmanship. Overall, I would recommend Fieldstone. It helps if you're understanding of construction and what it involves. We have kept on them for things and eventually it works out and we're happy. read more

I bought a Field Stone home in an Eagle Mountain subdivision in 2014. It was a spec house and I expected quality, but builder grade. We've lived her over 3 years and in those 3 years have experienced failures that should never happen, or at least not for 20 years. First, our basement flooded within 6 months of move in because the yard was not graded properly. The sprinklers drained right into our window well. They had to rip out our landscaping, regrade, and replace all the landscaping. The driveway settled, and buckled. All the dirt underneath it washed out and it was floating with no support. The HOA was liable at that point, and had to have concrete people come and lift our driveway and steps, then drill holes into and fill it with backfill. (2 year old driveway). Our water heater had to be replaced about 4 months ago. The 10 year warranty wouldn't cover the replacement, because it was installed improperly, and it was the improper installation that led to it's malfunction. A month ago we had to replace our dishwasher pump, because it was installed improperly. The warranty (which was already expired) would have been void also, because the drain was located in the wrong place, and sucked all the garbage disposal contents back up the drain system. We've started to finish our basement and every subcontractor that has come into our home has asked how this home passed inspection. From a furnace that isn't large enough to heat the whole square footage of the house (had to get a second furnace put in the basement $3500); to all utilities being placed on the third floor; to no lighting in stairwells, the list is long and never ending. If you are considering building a Field Stone home, I would urge you to reconsider. If you are buying a spec home, don't. The work will be bare minimum, if that, and you will slowly see your brand new house fall apart. read more

We have just had a home build by Fieldstone. They advertise quality but I can tell you that they are not quality and you should choose another builder. They are major faults with their support beams and their floors bounce. I have now talked with 5 new owners and they all have the same problem and , of course, Field stone will not fix it. Their workmanship ; paint is horrible and cheap. Their warranty is a joke so dont fall for it. BEWARE!!! read more

They don't care what happens after they have your money. Don't build with them unless you are a contractor and can check all their work. They don't check any of their subcontractors work. And you will end up having to replace everything in your house at your own cost within the first 2 years!! Seriously look to someone else if you want a quality house!!! read more

Our journey with Fieldstone Homes began on April 11th 2017. We visited the model home in the Legacy Farms community in Spanish Fork. We were sold rainbows and sunshine in a beautiful community built on lies. We signed a contract that day along with writing a check for a deposit, with the promise that our house would be completed "late September or Early October". In order for that to happen we were required to sell our current home within 90 days. Which we did. So with a pregnant wife and 2 dogs we moved into a 1 bedroom apartment with the idea that we would only be there a couple of months if that. Wrong. Our first "representative" was Bryan Love. He told us when we signed that there were many "standard inclusion" with our home. Two tone paint and banister railing are the two major ones that come to mind. Well he lied. I was informed a few weeks later that he was no longer my "representative". Next in line was Ryan Hutchings. Turns out my first "representative" sold us a house that the city of Spanish Fork would not allow us to build. You would think a home builder would know of city regulations and would not have sold us the house to begin with. With that said Ryan told me on more than one occasion that it was "no big deal", it's just a "misunderstanding". That was a lie. Construction was supposed to begin in June. It didn't. After much frustration and headache I finally had a "for sure date". "Your home will begin construction on September 25th!". This came straight from Ryan Hutchings and the construction manager Chris. WRONG! In the meantime I was informed that I had another new "representative". Brody Swanson. To this day I've spoken to him twice. Meanwhile after just leaving the hospital on September 25th with my wife and brand new baby we were excited to drive by our lot and see a giant hole in the ground! Well we drove by and guess what? No hole. After a heated meltdown with Fieldstone homes that day I was promised that my hole would be dug by the end of the month. Finally some progress as my hole was dug on September 30th. After all of this I was informed that "you will be in your new home for sure by Christmas". Well guess what? As I begin writing this on January 30th 2018 I can regretfully say that I am still not in my home yet. My frustration with this company is immeasurable. They continue to build spec homes all around mine while little progress is made on mine. Several other communities nearby have gone in while I'm still waiting. Fieldstone Homes built another "model home" in the neighborhood that seemed to go up overnight. Yet I'm still waiting. Finally on 2/5/18 our Home Buyer Orientation and our Closing Date had been set. Well what do you know, not even 24hrs after receiving these dates they had been "rescheduled" for a later date. We closed on 2/22/18 nearly 11 months later and I am still utterly disappointed. After our HBO they had just over a week (minus 1 day for Holiday) to finish up all of our touch ups. I signed my closing documents at 9 a.m. and went to my "new home" at 2p.m. to pick up keys and not a single bit of touch up pain had been completed. Go figure. I have hated every second of my experience with Fieldstone Homes and wouldn't recommended it to ANYONE! P.S. Jonathan Williams is the "customer service rep" who told me he would "help me get some answers" weeks ago who has been just as disappointing as the rest of "Fieldstone Homes". You guys have my money but not my respect. Had I known how this was going to go down I would have stayed in my 1930's home. read more

My husband and I were really excited to build a new home with Fieldstone Homes in Spanish Fork. As we were going through the process, we kept getting told there were delays for things. These delays also had us waiting over a month to even visit the design center. When we did finally get an appointment with the design center, they were remodeling the design center, it was dusty, messy and not a good environment to be picking out materials for a new house. These types of appointments generally take a few hours, most other builders we know offer a snack or something, at Fieldstone we were lucky to get water. On our second trip to the design center, we were again met with chaos, dust and dirt in the air and disarray. When we asked the receptionist about it, she said she had called all the customer and let them know about this. Sad thing is we never once received a phone call, email or text message about this. Not knowing if that makes us less than "customers" was shocking and after doing some more research, we decided not to build anything with this company. We tried contacting the manager, however he never called us back or responded to our emails. This is not a company who thinks that they should give respect to anyone. I feel sorry for the real estate agents that work here, I get the feeling that they get treated the same as the customers. Unfortunately this was a very pricey thing to get out of and Fieldstone isn't obligated at all to give us any of our down payment money back, and I am sure we won't ever hear from them again. read more

We built a home with fieldstone this past year and overall it was a great experience and we got our dream home! My dad and grandpa built houses and my dad inspected it every step of the way. While there were some things my dad didn't like how they did they did it in a safe way. Some things were half assed the our trim and parts of our carpet but that's fixable. The warranty people have been great and have gotten everything fixed we have asked for and in a timely manor. The sales agent and the contractor had our best interest when they got us a FREE RV pad by the developer, and the sales agent wasn't even representing us and making money off our home. We were represented by a realtor/friend and he said fieldstone is one of the best he's worked with. Every week we got updates on our houses progress. I wish we could have done a few things different in our home but overall it was a great experience. read more

AVOID! We are currently living in a newly built Fieldstone Home in Spanish Fork. We have not been here long (a few months) and already have well over 30 popped drywall screws all over the house. We also have a leaking cold storage they can't seem to fix, paint runs all over, a very subpar heater, seams in the walls and ceilings where pieces of drywall meet up, followed by cracks forming in those seams (and this cannnot be fixed at all apparently because we were supposed to have caught it before we moved in). Cracks all over my stucco as well, which we were informed really just looks worse if you patch it, so don't worry. Oh and drywall screws can only be fixed one time before the end of their one year warranty so I get to deal with little black holes in my walls and ceilings for a year. As was mentioned before, we bought what we thought was a dream home and it really is just a nightmare. I wish people would take pride in their work, maybe we would not have the stupid lazy problems we now have in a brand new home. They seem content to cut corners so they can pound out as many homes as possible but their work is really really subpar and disappointing. No doubt their lack of attention to detail, or desire to make things right when they were in fact done wrong in the first place will just destroy property values in the future, so much for a good long term investment in my home. Can't wait for the market to crash and the suffocation game to reall begin. read more

While we did not build, per se, with Fieldstone, we did purchase a model in one of their communities and just closed on our dream home yesterday! Cathy with Fieldstone was amazing to work with! We built a home with Fieldstone homes and we really didn't have any major issues. The sales agent we worked with, Gary, was great and kept me level headed when I started to stress about the small stuff. He was definitely more of a friend than an agent and that made a whole world of a difference. We also love the project manager/superintendent Josh. He was on top of everything and is still always there when we need him even after we've closed. He has been personable from the very beginning and is definitely someone we trust and are grateful to have working with us during this life event. The only problem we really had was with the people at the design center. They were horrible to work with. Multiple times we received incorrect information and then I was called a liar by the manager when I relayed the information I was given. That is definitely not how a company should treat a client. We were told certain things were "standard" that weren't and other things weren't "standard" that were. And the original girl we worked with said my husband asked too many questions. Pretty sure it's her job to answer questions for us. I would definitely recommend Fieldstone, just watch out for the design center, they really need to be trained on how to treat clients. Seriously, I would record all your conversations with them just to back yourself up. I debated giving a lower rating because of the design center but Fieldstone as a whole was great so I left it at the 5 star rating. read more
