They are also coming back with samples so I'm able to view them in the space. Their pricing so far has been reasonable and they offer a nice selection of materials. This is a family-run business and exactly the type of business I want to hire as opposed to big chains.

Absolutely egregious low quality, sloppy installation…read more When they installed my quartz: 1) it was crooked and not flush to anything 2) the grouting / epoxy work looked like a child had just sloppily smeared mayonnaise everywhere 3) they left epoxy and grout spilled all over the surfaces and it congealed Prior to this, they delayed the whole project by bringing out the wrong dimensions of quartz, then ordered a replacement that was the wrong quartz. The quality control here is non-existent. We have to re-do as much of it as we can - it'll cost a ton of money and be a huge time sink. An absolute nightmare

They had a large selection of materials and looks to choose from. Their team came out and removed my old countertops and replaced the new ones in under an hour! They cleaned up everything before they left and even recommended what type of cleaner I should use on them. They were thoughtful, respectful, kind, and very easy to work with. They carried the counters up two and three flights of stairs without any trouble, making sure to not bump into my walls or stairs. It's absolutely incredible the difference a counter can make! The entire room looks different with my new countertops from PSI Tops! The mounted sinks I also got from PSI and they look amazing and seamless, worth the money. Called Plastic Specialties and they were out to look at it within the hour. Without hesitation offered to replace the entire countertop. Called me that afternoon, and said he could take out the defective one and install the new one the very next working day. So impressed with a company that backs their product without hesitation. We spent $48,000 on a new kitchen, quartz counter top and 4 bathrooms…read more Desiree was great to work with but we did encounter some frustrating set backs. We selected some remnants quartz counter tops for the bathrooms which was sold after we put our name on the counter tops. The quartz counter tops in the kitchen did not match in color. They did replace on their dime. ($15k) The cabinet over the microwave was too short making the bottom of the microwave 5 ft off the ground. We were told that was code. I checked and code allows 19 inches above electric stove top to the bottom of the microwave and 18 inches for gas. We were 27 inches from electric stove top to the bottom of the microwave oven. We paid another $440 to have above the microwave cabinet replaced with a taller cabinet and it looks nice. Our frustration was Chris and Dicks provided us a $220 Home Depot gift cards to off set the extra cost for the cabinet and on Black Friday we went to make some purchases and surprise the card was empty. I called Desiree and she was very helpful but no response from upper management. Would we go through Chris and Dicks again? No. The cabinets are good but too many mistakes and upper management is non responsive. Desiree needs to look elsewhere for work. she is too good to work for a company that can't get their stuff together.

Because doing it once is pricey enough. In search of the perfect.. well.. everything, we stopped in here to look at countertops. And countertops they got. From the formica to the really spendy stuff, the natural to the manmade, it's all here. And in every color--or at least a sample of that color--that you could imagine. Go down to the color room and you'll see what I mean. It's beautiful and overwhelming at the same time. Wanna know what the very best part about Chris & Dick's is? It's those samples. Not every kind or every color is available, but many are. You want a sample of Sanded Gold Dust in Staron? Grab a little square. That way you can hold it up against the cabinet sample. And paint chip. And tile sample. It's dizzying, but made a bit more bearable by the pros here. Everyone was super friendly, even the kind lady who endured my questions about their latest kitchen cabinet/appliance/built-in genius, the integrated coffee maker. Now, I'm not a coffee guy, but the thought of being able to de-clutter your countertop by creating a coffee maker that's part of the cabinetry was fascinating to me. We've already purchased cabinets, so I can't comment much on that part. Oh, there's plenty of them. And quite the showroom to display lots of ideas. Best you just drop by for a quick looksee and inspiration.

Other companies said they would only reattach sinks for their own countertops, but Quality Granite was very helpful, and I recommend them. "Even better if..." Oddly, they requested a "50% deposit" before coming to do the work. I've never run into that before, and the process for paying the deposit was a bit awkward. If they fix this, service would be perfect. :-)
