It's rare to find contractors who blend craftsmanship, clear communication, and fair pricing so well, but Evertops nailed it. If you want beautiful countertops without the headaches, this is your one-stop shop. Highly recommend. They can improve selection of natural stone .

While we understand that the permitting process is largely outside the contractor's control, 42 days in we still had no real construction timeline for when the permit was eventually approved despite many requests, the permit had been submitted prematurely before all required drawings were ready, and a scheduled walkthrough was missed without any notice, so we decided to end our engagement with Alpha on 9/16/2026. Since then, we've asked several times for documentation to support the hours being billed against our deposit and haven't received anything we could actually verify. Some of the hours being claimed are from before we'd even formally hired the company, and other charges are for work that fell outside the original scope and should have required a signed change order, which never happened. We tried to resolve this directly and in good faith, offering more than we felt was actually warranted given the lack of any proof of work or visible progress on site. We let Dusty know that if we didn't receive documentation supporting the hours being claimed, we'd need to pursue other ways to resolve it. As of today, 9/30/26, we still haven't received a refund of our deposit or any proof of the hours being claimed against it.
