He made a couple recommendations for solutions, and then just straight-up GOT DOWN TO BUSINESS. We have crazy dogs, but Lenny was un-deterred. He carries dog treats for the dogs he meets! He showed me photos of his own dog YALL! Lenny is out here solving plumbing *and* is a friend to all dogs?! LOVED this guy. I love CJs. I love when people are great at they do. The heat had stopped working days before. It's 38 degrees room temperature. The city had shut the water off to stop the flood inside my house. The heater runs on water so I can't fix the heater until a plumber turns on the water and finds the leaks. I call Glenbrook Plumbing in an emergency. BIG MISTAKE. Mike and Tony come out, look around, see the water everywhere, feel the cold room temperature and decide they don't want to do this job. They told me they can't turn on the water and find the leaky pipes until the heat gets turned on. I told them the furnace runs on water, they told me to ask to use a neighbor's hose to fill the furnace with water, and then they left after 15 minutes and charged me $132 for the visit. The next day I found a plumber who came out the next morning and fixed the plumbing problem and turned on the water all without the heat on. One guy. These people didn't want to help me because the conditions were not comfortable. They just left me there in an emergency and I never heard from them again. These are terrible people. Do not reward them with your business!!!

He was also quick to respond via phone and text throughout our communications. Justin worked directly with our tenant on scheduling so I didn't have to play middleman. After being overcharged and underwhelmed by our previous plumber, I was on the hunt for a capable plumber to install a whole house water filtration system. From the moment I reached out to Green Tech Plumbing, they were nothing but responsive and helpful. I purchased the filtration system from a vendor, yet Kevin willingly answered all my questions (promptly!) about the system. He even pointed out that one of the options had expensive filters that would need to be changed frequently saving me hundreds of dollars in filters. What a gem! Kevin came out to look at how the system could be installed in our space and talked to me through how the system would work and answered all my questions. He then provided a fair quote. Once our system was delivered, I emailed to set up the installation. His team came out the following week for the installation. The tech Kevin sent was just as helpful! He moved the 100-pound tank from the garage to the basement, which wasn't part of their scope. The tech had to make a run to the hardware store to buy connection pieces that weren't included with system, but he knew exactly what to buy and did so in a timely manner. I got a handful of quotes and Stellar was very competitive. In addition, each person I talked to, whether it was on the phone or in person, was very kind, patient and professional. From my experience, Stellar's communication was wonderful. Stellar coordinated the shutoff with the city to limit down time.
