Same menu as the Rockwall location - lots of cocktails and beer options, plus a pretty large spread of appetizers and food. The fries have the most addicting seasoning!! The giant pretzel is another of my favorites. We played for an hour and I swear it felt like no time at all! The golf is great for all levels - we played a scramble so each player could be set at their own level, and played Turtle Bay. Let's just say I did NOT carry my team...but it was still a blast! X Golf is great for friend groups, date nights, families, beginners, or pros looking for a place to practice when they can't get out to a course. I highly recommend!

I worked at The Lakes at Castle Hills in The Colony/Lewisville, TX. During my time there, I experienced verbal abuse from a leadership figure.... something I reported multiple times to management with no meaningful resolution. I have this behavior documented and on video. I was also subjected to sexual harassment from a club member, including inappropriate comments like: "Would you like to see the tattoo on my d**k?"and unwanted physical contact. When I told management I was uncomfortable and requested not to serve this member, I was told: "They're paying members, there's nothing we can do." Another manager later suggested I confront the harasser myself. I also have a diagnosed learning disability and was frequently mocked for things like misspellings, despite leadership being aware of my condition. Instead of support, I was met with humiliation. I filed a formal complaint with the EEOC. They acknowledged what I shared but ultimately dismissed the case due to the company's classification as a private, tax-exempt membership club, which is not subject to certain federal protections. This experience left me deeply shaken. I'm still growing from it. It shattered my confidence and made me question my worth, but I now know the weight I carried wasn't mine. I'm sharing it because silence only protects harmful systems.

The evening was an absolute dream and execution was flawless. The venue itself was breathtaking, but it was the team at Stonebriar that truly made the day unforgettable. Susan Moore from the club was amazing to work with from start to finish. She was incredibly polite, professional, and on top of every detail. On the day of the wedding, the entire staff worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure the transition from the ceremony to the reception was completely seamless. So many of our guests commented that it was the wedding of the year. Dinner was provided by the in-house Chef and it rivaled Capital Grill.
