During one of my doctor visits, I was even recommended to give hot yoga a try. I'm not gonna lie, I still remember my first time here, and it was shocking. It felt hot, difficult, and even a little scary! But the more classes I took, the more I fell in love with it. Hot yoga made me feel stronger and more confident in myself without having to push "too hard". I was in the best shape of my life, and inside I felt better than ever. I also want to say a huge thank you to Larry Tomlinson. He was simply the best! He always made sure you were in the correct position without being pushy. He reassured all the people taking their first five classes that it was ok to take it easy and reminded us that we could step outside at any moment if needed. I'm always substantially more calm, relaxed, and feel Marvelous. In fact, I'm more relaxed and tension free during and after the class than any other time in my week - this is including sleep. Some days life feels too insane as we are looking forward to another PGE Festival of No Lights and No Electricity, I will have my time in Nancy's class and be as calm as sitting at a beach without a care in the world. Ultimately, the $20 fee was more important to them than staying on good terms with a long time customer. EDIT: I notified you of my intent to cancel 6/19 and you refused to do so. You crediting me back was not a "kindness" but a legal requirement of the contract we signed. You charging me $20 to fix your mistake is absolutely disgusting, and any reasonable human would agree. You know the $20 fee wouldn't stand in court, but you also know it's not worth my time to continue to fight it. You have no integrity and you should be ashamed of yourself.

They will take your money and have extremely predatory contracts Upon signing up for the trial membership, we were excited to try it out. Essentially you pay for a two week membership, it was cool, but my wife and I weren't certain on things and decided to put the membership on hold. When we told them this, the employee never actually processed the "pause" on our end so I was charged. Obviously I was frustrated, but they then decided to refund me after fighting pretty hard for it, I'm assuming solely because they wanted my business back. Fast forward to a month later, In the trial agreement, and per the employees, if you put the membership on pause it will remain like that until you decide to change it. Literally says in the terms that it can stay paused for at MINIMUM 1 month. Not maximum, and their employees verified this. At no point does it say anything about reactivating my membership, yet they choose to do exactly that and charge me $180 with no explanation. Upon reaching out to the business, they took multiple days to respond to our emails, and since we were planning to cancel, they would not be refunding our money. Essentially saying "we'll keep your money now even though we had no right to charge you, because this time we won't get anymore from you" It's really disheartening to see a local business, claiming to be intertwined with the community only to find predatory practices to rip them off. At first I could see this as a form of miscommunication, but after ignoring us, then responding with a no, THEN following up with a double down on a no because it's "too late for us to process" when you took days to respond is disgusting. This business sucks, and I wanted to love it.
