I have been a loyal & very grateful client of Fidler on the Tooth for 30+ years, and yesterday was yet another example of why I am, and will continue to be so, and feel the desire to shout their praises every chance I get....long story short was that over Thanksgiving weekend, I accidentally bit into a hard nut wring and broke a piece out of one of my top front teeth that was very unsightly. But, Dr. Sun & Tameka saved the day, got me in right away and did a beautiful filling that is virtually undetectable, in an hour. I couldn't be happier or more grateful and may have embarrassed them by insisting on big hugs of gratitude, but theycwere amazing and my smile-saving angels! Five years later, it turns out she drilled in too far and left a gap, so the tooth eventually got infected. Yes, the office atmosphere is very cheerful and friendly. Yesterday I went to the dentist to have a tooth checked. On arrival, I was greeted with a smile. I arrived early and was able to start treatment early. Lana was amazing. She did such an excellent job of making me feel at ease, and all of the work she did was super. What a joy to have an amazing person work with you. On the way to the treatment room, I was also greeted by Brittany, the best hygienist around. Also, Tameka came by with a smile to say hello. A great way to start a visit. Avoid this office. Don't say I didn't warn you ;) I'm sure that the dentists here are experienced and won't inject a needle in your nose or anything. So that's a plus? The great pain you feel will be in your pocketbook. I was pushed to do dental work that a second opinion indicated wasn't needed, and the "THIS IS VERY SERIOUS YOU WILL LOSE ALL YOUR TEETH IF YOU HESITATE FOR EVEN AN HOUR" is such a bummer and heightens dental fear. Sure, tell me the truth. But don't rachet it up to 11 when it's a 5.5. Also, this place is kind of a factory. I hated it. I hate going to the dentist. I've had so many issues all my life. Providers not listening, providers being too rough. No one offering pain relief even when available. I honestly avoid going to the dentist probably to an unhealthy for my teeth point. But these guys still don't judge me. Just except me back with open arms and top notch care.
