I have been a loyal & very grateful client of Fidler on the Tooth for 30+ years, and yesterday was yet another example of why I am, and will continue to be so, and feel the desire to shout their praises every chance I get....long story short was that over Thanksgiving weekend, I accidentally bit into a hard nut wring and broke a piece out of one of my top front teeth that was very unsightly. But, Dr. Sun & Tameka saved the day, got me in right away and did a beautiful filling that is virtually undetectable, in an hour. I couldn't be happier or more grateful and may have embarrassed them by insisting on big hugs of gratitude, but theycwere amazing and my smile-saving angels! The supposed "small" cavity Dr. Fidler found in January 2020, that needed to be filled right away, now needs a root canal. Five years later, it turns out she drilled in too far and left a gap, so the tooth eventually got infected. Yes, the office atmosphere is very cheerful and friendly. How many people can say they enjoy going to the dentist? I was someone who dreaded it, but not anymore. Every staff member is kind, welcoming and helpful. I've never had to wait long for my appointment to start. I moved away from Seattle and live over 2 hours from Fidel on the Tooth, but it's worth it to me. Brittney is an exceptional hygienist!! She is aware of my sensitivity to noises and to vibration and adjusts her technique to my needs. She is such a lovely person and extremely skilled. Brittney makes a trip to the dentist a peaceful enjoyable experience. Dr Fidler is also one of a kind. Her skills are also top notch and she doesn't over recommend procedures like so many other dental offices. When I've needed work it has been pain free. Avoid this office. Don't say I didn't warn you ;) I'm sure that the dentists here are experienced and won't inject a needle in your nose or anything. So that's a plus? The great pain you feel will be in your pocketbook. I was pushed to do dental work that a second opinion indicated wasn't needed, and the "THIS IS VERY SERIOUS YOU WILL LOSE ALL YOUR TEETH IF YOU HESITATE FOR EVEN AN HOUR" is such a bummer and heightens dental fear. Sure, tell me the truth. But don't rachet it up to 11 when it's a 5.5. Also, this place is kind of a factory. I hated it. The only thing I like is the punny name, but that's really not enough for me to ever go back.U read more

The dentists, hygienists, and office staff all maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity. I feel that Fidler on the Tooth really makes it priority # 1 to see to it that my dental needs are safely and gently met in a calm, reassuring manner. Yesterday I went to the dentist to have a tooth checked. On arrival, I was greeted with a smile. I arrived early and was able to start treatment early. Lana was amazing. She did such an excellent job of making me feel at ease, and all of the work she did was super. What a joy to have an amazing person work with you. On the way to the treatment room, I was also greeted by Brittany, the best hygienist around. Also, Tameka came by with a smile to say hello. A great way to start a visit.
