Their customer service is terrible. They don't give good information. They don't update you on the life span of certain filters and highly recommend that you get the technician to come out rather than installing the filters yourself. One rep straight up told me know, they wouldn't help, I couldn't talk to someone about my frustrations and hung up on me. When I call to get my filters, they just say do you want to do it yourself or x price or have a tech do it for x price. They couldn't care less about the life of your system and when other services may need to happen and recommend a service tech to come out due to the age of my system and what may need to be done. Either that or their customer service training severely needs to be updated and they need to hire better individuals for their customer service. Saw their add in a mailer, so we called to test our home water system. We told them we had just bought the the home and there was a water system treatment system installed, but we wanted to make sure the system was working correctly. The add said that they would give us a $25 gift card for listening to their sales pitch. The person came out and tested the water and found it was good, so we did not need a new system. After a week we called 2 times as we did not receive the gift card as advertised. They said we did not qualify for a gift card, If they did not keep this simple promise what would they do if we had bought a system and had an issue? read more

False Advertising Warning. Fidelis Elite System advertised a free water test and a $25 gift card for listening to their presentation. Before the appointment, I clearly explained that I had just purchased a home and already had a water treatment system installed. I was told the representative would bring the gift card. The representative came to my home, tested the water, and told me my system was working properly. After he left, I was told to call another number for the gift card. When I called, I was told I did not qualify. First, they claimed no water test was conducted. When I challenged that statement, the explanation changed. If I had been told upfront that I did not qualify, I would have simply purchased my own water test kit instead of allowing a stranger into my home. In my experience, this promotion was misleading and appears to be false advertising. Consumers should be aware that the advertised gift card may not be honored even after the water test is completed. read more

We weren't able to keep up with the systems yearly maintenance due to financial distress. When we were finally able to purchase the filters again, the water was still not running clean. So we had to call, unfortunately it was very expensive to replace what was needed but I was luckily able to put my savings towards it. The technician although helpful came off very judgmental over the fact that we hadn't kept up with the maintenance. I understand that it's necessary for the system to work but we were unable to because it was too expensive. I did not feel there was any compassion, only judgment. The water works great now thank goodness but we will be requesting a different technician the next time around. Oh and crazy part after how expensive it was, he made it known that it was just the company policy and price and that none of that was his aka looking for gratuity. Crazy ! Great company. I've only had it for a couple days and i could see the big difference. I already felt the difference after 24 hours using this filtration water. I know for sure that it will save me money knowing that I would live in my house for awhile. Cody is great. I cant ask for a better sales rep. Not pushy, very polite and respectful. He is great I think that's why I ended up getting it. Lol! Also, Elias, he was the one who installed everything, it took him more than an hour or so to install the pipe, spigot, etc. great guy. Also, Fernananda who tested my water after a couple days. She used the same filtration system and was honest. Again, I can't complain. I have never seen such an aggressive, deceptive attempt to pull customers as this company. Postcard after postcard of what looks like official documentation from Amazon or the post office comes in droves to your address. It's not one or two, but we are up to 10. It says that they're holding a package for you or they have something free for you and ugh, what a slimy practice! A legitimate good business only needs to advertise that they do one thing and they do it well! For example: "We are Fidelis and we do water purification systems well!". Then, customers come as they advertise clearly what they do, they are satisfied, more customers come, great business model. Instead you have this sleaziness doing everything they can to get you to call for a free appointment. Empty promises, impersonating a legit business that isn't their own, it's really very telling of the complete lack of credibility they have. I called the office to inquire about them and what they do and the girl made a point of saying the business name so quickly and trying to get me to make an appointment that it was obvious that she knew I was trying to gather who it what this company does. If you have been besieged by these postcards and deceptive advertisements, do what I do and contact Amazon and the post office and let them know that they are being impersonated by this garbage company. Horrible company all around I am currently looking into reporting them to the better Business bureau. I paid $7,500 for my water purification system. When the sales rep came out he stated that filters for the free water purification system we're going to be free as far as the drinking water filters. Year and a half later I have the company calling me trying to charge me $150 for the filters and another 250 to have their technicians come out and install it. Honesty do not go with this company it's garbage. I found other companies thousands of dollars cheaper. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR FILTRATION. First- about a month after our first payment we begin to get phone calls and late notices stating that we haven't made the correct payment amount. THEY ARE THEY ONES WHO SET UP THE ACH PLAN! That was a headache to straighten out. Second- 3 months after our system is installed part of our system starts to leak; someone came out the very next day to repair. Third- We have had this system 8 whole months and a connector valve SPLITS IN HALF causing a flood in our garage which then seeps into 2 other rooms of my house. This needs complete restoration. We call Fidelis first thing the following morning to get someone to our home ASAP to fix this problem as we are on a well- no city water. Somehow the urgency of this entire operation is missed on Fidelis and they tell us they can't get someone to our home until two days later. Jump 15 minutes of asking to speak to a manger we finally get a manager whom tells us someone will be at our home first thing the next day (9AM). 9 AM rolls around and we haven't received a phone call nor is there a technician at our home. Turns out there was an emergency with the technician that was supposed to come to our home. Another was rerouted and is set to show up around noon. Fingers crossed for a smooth repair read more

Until he doesn't tell you that your credit will be ran until someone approves the loan EVEN AFTER I specifically asked how many hard inquiries were to occur because I just bought a house and I have plans to make other big purchases! Apparently, the company will preapprove you (1 check) and then send your info off to however many companies until you get approved and that could be like 20 different companies based on your credit score which could result to 20 different inquiries! I was very specific about this question. And when I confronted him about there being 2 inquiries on my Report, he said it must've slipped his mind.........are you serious? We all want clean water and I loved vandale so of course I wanted to help him out! And now things are a massive headache! We didn't even receive this "free 3 night stay" that the operator told us we were going to receive over the phone upon making a demonstration appointment! We got our $25 gift card for amazon though? But I mean, deliver everything if that's what you're going to promise! And when I had the issue with the multiple hard inquiries, vandale tried offering solutions to the best of his abilities which I again, truly appreciate, but that doesn't put me in a better place than I was before! He offered to give me another $25 gift card to settle the headache! I'm sorry! But do you know how many $25 gift cards I'm going to need to make up for this headache I'm embarking on at the moment? Now I'm reading reviews about aqua finance and it's an outstanding 1 star review ACROSS THE BOARD! People complaining about late charges being forced on them because of their system lag and slow updates even when payments are made in time! Now I have to deal with this crap? I've been trying to call aqua finance and have received no phone call, just background music and a prompt to leave a message! I don't even want this system in the house anymore! This company will say anything to make a sale! And I'm not one to just take people up on offers, but since vandale was so sweet and seemed trustworthy, I decided to jump the gun on this one! They should definitely disclose a lot more information about how the credit inquiries will be done, and explain how the finance companies will act! Because now I have to deal with a finance company that won't even pick up my phone call and apparently you can pay off the debt online but the website has zero options to even log in and or create an account! So now what do I do? Suffer like everyone else?? I either want this system out of my house or I want to pay this thing off and be done with it, but seems like neither are an option at the moment....all because I trusted a well spoken, representative at a demonstration! My mom really wanted a water system and we agreed to get one for her for the holidays and she's shopping around for what best fits her and she's not going to buy without us knowing about it. However their closed minded salesman was very pushy and do not know how to take a no for a answer! He was also very confrontational towards my mom. So I fell for the old $25 coupon for a turkey trick just before Thanksgiving! Vernell came to my house to do a demonstration and test. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. So far, so good. Then, when he discovered my house was on a well system that is shared with a neighbor, things began to change. He told me that Fidelis couldn't sell me the things they wanted to sell me because I was on a shared well. My $25 coupon had mentioned nothing about this, nor did the person who set up the appointment at Fidelis. So, after giving Vernell 30 minutes of my time, and listening to an explanation of Fidelis's systems and product line, I was firmly told - "no turkey coupon for you!" I politely asked for the name of a supervisor and was given the name of Charles McCutcheon. I left a voicemail for Charles asking for a return call. Crickets. Nothing. I don't mind listen to a product pitch, but don't bait and switch the offer when you haven't asked the right questions prior to sending your salesperson out to my home. Not cool. read more

Ive had an awful experience with this business. I was dumb and gave into the high pressure sales tactics, and everything i was told was garbage. The "filtered" water taste like crap, no water spots on the dishes...lies, and the fact that its a no maintenance system is fabricated. Cost 200 bucks each year to replace the filters, and that's to do it yourself, double if you want them to do it. The rock salt in the reservoir keeps filling with mold so i have to replace it all and refill the tank (which always causes it to flood my garage). Best off all, after paying almost 10 grand for this system, when you call they will do nothing to help other than charge you tons of money to come "investigate" and most likely do nothing...or charge you more to fix it. Learn from this post and JUST SAY NO to Fidelis Water Systems!!!! read more

I would like to give a big shout out and a huge thank you to Brian Daeseleer from the Las Vegas location. We recently moved to North Las Vegas from Washington State. I am a retired drinking water professional...so I am aware of issues with drinking water. However, I had no idea that the Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) in this water was nearly 600 and and water hardness was nearly 300 Parts Per Million (PPM). Neither TDS (under 1000 ppm) nor water hardness will hurt you...but it sure raises hell on your plumbing. One look at our dishwasher and the plumbing fixtures was clear that we hard water issues. We were replacing the master bathtub with a new beautiful tiled walk-in shower, the toilets and replacing all the water faucets in our home. I knew enough to know that we must install a water filtration system to protect our new investments. We invited Brian from Fidelis Elite Systems to our home to tell us about their systems. Because both my husband and I were knowledgeable about drinking water...and we were very impressed that Brian was very cognizant and we were confident that he knew what he was talking about. It's been three months since our unit was installed and I am please to say our new shower, faucets and toilets still look absolutely new. I got my dishwasher all cleaned up and there is no hard-water build-up. As mentioned the 2018 North Las Vegas Water Quality Report states the TDS for our water is 594 PPM (MCL is 1000) and our tap water is 272 PPM. Our drinking water from our 5-Stage reverse osmosis system is 008 PPM. The icing on the cake is that we absolutely love the taste of our drinking water and have not bought bottled water since installing our water conditioner. So, I got this system installed about 6 months ago and I'm totally unimpressed. When washing glasses, or any clear glass item, there are water spots. If water is left on the counter and it drys, there's a film that forms that appears to be some mineral and in order to get rid of it, I have to use one of those calcium removal liquids. I had, what was a comparable system, in Texas where the water is much harder, and I never had these issues. I could leave glasses dry in the rack and there were virtually no spotting. They're horrible. They called me so many times on my day off, to confirm. One time would've been sufficient or a text message but literally calling so many times. When they first got here we were sleeping and then they came back again. They are crazy trying to quote me at nine grand before they even do a test first of all train your sales people better because at least try to make the sale. And lastly he accidentally broke some glass in my kitchen which I understand that he had something of his stuff which happenes. And I was still asking about the gift card I called them and they were very rude and said that he had ever at least been there for an hour just like you said to me that made no sense at all and that was a big waste of time. I called a phone number from a postcard in the mail that said they where holding my mail in the parcel. When I called they acted like it was really mail & than said they can come out on this day for a demonstration & free chilis gift card or some shit. The guy who came was an amazing salesman who actually sold me on the water system talking about alkaline & organic products for 5 years free. They installed 3 faulty systems, dug up my entire yard, many many many complications including outrageous water bills due to a leak in my yard, refilling my pool with alkaline water. My kitchen sink faucet was loose for months, then really tore apart, drilled , broke my brand new cabinets under the sink. Major flooding in my kitchen right on thanksgiving & Christmas when I needed the sink for cleaning & cooking. Major hassle inconvenience. I'm honestly shocked this company is still going. I've called with countless attempts to get it removed with no help at all. They aren't helpful at all I want to make a police report on this company for fraud. We had just moved into our new home and we have been getting tons of welcome to the neighborhood post cards. I got a blue postcard that I had originally thought was from the post office. I called the number and it was Aquapro. They said I can have a $25 gift card to either Home Depot or a restaurant of my choice of 1 in like 5 or 6 different restaurants. All I needed to do was have someone come out and test my water. They came out a few days later to test my water. I knew some stuff but other stuff I was surprised. I don't drink my faucet water and I use my filtered fridge water or my filter water pitcher for my keurig or teas. I was very surprised to see my filter fridge water to be almost as high in impurities as my tap water. The fridge filter was slightly lower and it was a new filter. I had just changed the filter a couple days prior. Our sales rep was Cody. He was very polite and informative. He has his chemist kit to show us what Aquapro does. He wasn't pushy at all and very pleasant. After seeing everything, we changed our minds and ordered the whole kit. Comes with a water filter for under the sink for drinking and cooking. Water softener and I believe a 3 step cleansing system for inside the garage. All the equipment except the digital meter have a life time warranty. A filter, a spotless car wash water spigot, and salt tank were installed in my garage the next day. There contractor who installed it was also very polite and helpful. He made sure I understood how to maintain my system and answered all my questions. Plus we are getting 4 years worth of all natural laundry soap, dish detergent, bath soap, dishwasher detergent, shampoos and facial soap for free with the system. It's been about a week we have had the system installed and I already notice a difference in my skin. I have super dry skin due to having no thyroid and now my skin has more moisture and is much softer. So far we are very happy with our system. read more

Just got the system and at first I told Cody I was going to think about it but he automatically said I have no option. He said we would try it for free for three months and he'd be back with the certificate and we would decide if we wanted the system. He was back in less than a week. Provided us some documents which at the time I didn't read and he did not fully explain. I had no idea I had "3" days to cancel which was also false. Because we signed the 6 and the cancellation date was set the 7 so we never got the three days it stated on the paper work. Now I called and cancelled and they are wanting to charge me $2,500. They are very misleading and even the manager Charles is patronizing. Made me feel stupid and called me weird for refusing good water. I called their number based off a promotion they had. One of the requirements they told me was I had to have my wife present in order to do the test. I told them that she doesn't care and this is my choice looking into it and she wouldn't be sitting in. The person on the phone said she would speak to the manager and get it okayed for the salesman to do the presentation without my spouse present. Salesman showed up an hour early which was really inconvenient and then proceeded to hook up his test kit. When it was time for the presentation he insisted my wife would need to be there in order to start the presentation. When I explained my conversation I had with their scheduler, he apologized and wouldn't go any further and how he would like to reschedule and It was company policy for both to be there. I told him I wasn't interested because of how the scheduler had basically lied to get a salesman into my house so they can close a deal. When hooking up my faucet he also had broken an O-ring which caused water to spray everywhere. He noted that and asked if I had issues with my faucet spraying everywhere before He showed up. I told him no and he just left it. I don't know if this was a tactic to use on getting into my house but regardless, this was not a good way to start a business relationship. read more
