Troy is AMAZING! Not only is he super knowledgeable, he's also so nice and genuine. We hired Troy to install our faucet and while he was here he took a look at our water softener because I didn't think it was working properly and sure enough it wasn't even on. Met Troy as he was upgrading the RO system at my work. I liked the system he installed so much that I decided to contact him to replace my home system.
