When planning a very last minute elopement I looked at tons of photographers but none compared to her. I will forever be grateful that Alanna was able to photograph for us with short notice. But she worked her magic and made me feel so comfortable in front of the camera. I literally cry looking at our elopement photos! Most of the pictures are more perfect than I ever could have imagined. She captured the exact vibe that I wanted captured. Thank you so much Alanna!! I have never been one to be super comfortable in front of a camera and I made that very known. Thankfully she includes an engagement shoot as part of some of her wedding packages, and that's what we chose. I am so happy we did this. Not only do I have unforgettable and just downright beautiful photos as a result, but we learned Alanna's flow and how easy it could be. She helped us in prompting different poses and ways to achieve a natural and more relaxed look. Our wedding day was no exception. I am continuously blown away at the moments and emotions she captured in our photos. Our wedding pictures turned out amazing! If you want a professional, talented, sweet, friendly photographer that will make you feel like the photography part of your wedding is taken care of and it's ONE thing you don't have to worry about- then I would highly recommend Alanna to anyone looking for a photographer for wedding, engagement, or even just a romantic moment together. We have loved them since we first met them. To us it was very important that we had two photographers and a digital copy of all of our pictures. I wasn't thinking of having one but since they offered it, we took it. It was perfect we had so much fun and were really relaxed. They got to know us before the wedding which is going to reflect in our pictures on our wedding day. We had some odd requests of things that we wanted to try and they were up for anything. We never did manage to set up a tasting so we went in blind... and the food was AWESOME!! I told her what my hubby and I like, what dietary restrictions our guests had, and she came up with a beautiful menu full of variety that everyone STILL raves about!! Seriously, the food was so good. Also - our venue was a boat without much of a kitchen to speak of - so the fact that everything tasted fresh and not like it had been made at 9am was AMAZING. My only complaint was the actual catering staff themselves. They did their job well, but they just seemed... grumpy... about being there. Some of the guests picked up on it. That's the only reason I've given them a 4 and not a 5. Delicious food within my budget. Would HIGHLY recommend.
