The attendant, so sorry but I have forgotten her name, helped us on two different trips and was just wonderful. Funny, bubbly, and just great. The bathroom in our gulf view room was large enough for three girls to get ready in without elbowing each other. Our room here had a great vanity just outside the bathroom as well. Very convenient. 13.06.2026

I was in town for a conference, and was very excited to come and check out this hotel as I've heard great things about it. Upon my arrival, I went to the valet to drop my car off and ask for a dolly thing to bring the boxes in my car over to the conference exhibit hall. The valet man that greeted me was immediately rude and off putting telling me I couldn't use the dolly and that he didn't know where the conference was/exhibit hall was and I had to figure it out. He was absolutely no help and extremely rude for no reason. He eventually got the dolly and helped me find the conference (he found it immediately). The rest of the valet men were very nice and efficient. The valet line is like a chik fil a drive thru, very efficient and fast moving. The actual hotel was stunning. The bathrooms and lobby and rooms were beautiful. The pool and beach are were very nice as well. It's a beautiful hotel, that gives luxurious vibes. I had both food at the conference and food from room service/the lobby bar. The conference food was not that great. Some of it was good, while some of it was stale and had mold in it. That's unbelievable for a ritz Carlton. And like I mentioned previously, we had ordered some food from the lobby bar and told them about the tree nut allergy and a shrimp allergy for someone else. When they brought the food they told me to avoid one of the meals due to possible cross contamination, which I did. I took one bite of all the 3 other dishes brought and immediately had a reaction and had to run to the souvenir shop and buy Benadryl. This is extremely dangerous. Thank god I didn't have an anaphylactic reaction and need to call 911.

While scrolling through some of the photos and reviews, I saw the stuff French toast and I was immediately in! We came on a Saturday morning and they were busy enough but not packed. We asked for their first available, which was outside. During summer it's a bit of a risk to sit outdoors, but it was in a covered area. They have a little side patio area, but a lot of the outdoor tables are randomly placed up against the building and in the walkway to accommodate additional guests. It's kind of weird when people that live in the building walk by as the walkways aren't very wide. The inside area of the restaurant is not very large. Our waitress was very friendly and welcoming. Even if she did spill a bit of coffee on me which she was apologetic for. My husband got the crab cake Benedict and I got the strawberry stuffed French toast. Absolutely loved everything! My husband's only note was that he did not like the corn inside crab cake. The cheesy hash browns were definitely a hit for us! The stuffed French toast was divine - basically desert! I like that the dish also came with eggs and bacon! The iced coffee was pretty good as well. Overall, this was a great experience with the exception of the weird outside seating arrangement. 8/10 recommend!

There's a variety of great restaurants and you don't even need to leave the property. Breakfast at Maia every morning was something we really looked forward to. As a titanium elite, we were bonvoying and I have to say, the continental breakfast that comes with titanium is plenty. And don't forget to have the orange juice, it's heavenly and included. Service was excellent each morning we were there. The servers can't do enough for you. Maia also has a very nice peaceful ambiance and the windows look out at the pool/ocean. If you want more than a continental breakfast with your status, you can pay an additional $15 and get all the hot food as well. And if you don't have status, you can pay for à la carte breakfast too or the buffet how you like. We also enjoyed Tesoro and Quinn restaurants as well. Our room was on the 9th floor and while it was very nice, it could definitely use some updating. But honestly, with all the great amenities, you can hardly think about needing a fresh coat of paint or new bathroom furnishings or more modern lighting. The room was still very nice. And I loved the bracelet they gave us that was our room key too! The bed was very comfy! The weather was super cold while we were there, however we found some time to enjoy the beach and pool. The gym was very nice as well. There is so much to do.. there's even a bowling alley for those rainy days. If you're looking for a great getaway in Florida, JW is a very nice, relaxing resort for all ages, young and old. And not to forget parking ... there's a self park lot right across the street, which was very easy or you can opt for valet. Enjoy!

Would recommend staying in a Sirene room/suite (adult only tower) if you are traveling without children. The rooms are quieter and offer additional features like access to the adult rooftop pool, breakfast, separate check-in/out lounge, separate beach sitting area, etc. The Gulf front rooms/ suites offer spectacular views of the beach and sunsets. The huge beach is great for sitting, walking, shelling, and playing. Also, lots of water activities like fishing, jet skis, banana boat, parasailing, dolphin cruises, etc. We really enjoyed starting our day with breakfast at Maia's Restaurant. Excellent buffet with omelet station (or you an order off a menu), and great service! Big Thanks to Dolly, as well as Bianca, Nellie, Ally, Calene, Kay, and the rest of the team for treating us royally. Fantastic way to start each day! We are looking forward to our next trip to the JW Marriott Marco Island.

The slight salty taste of ham cuts the rich creamy and cheesy flavor. You don't taste the ham at first but if you pay attention you taste the slight hint. I loved it. Fresh cinnamon sugar donuts with bourbon caramel dipping sauce: it was fluffy and cake flavor and you can dip in the sauce to make it sweeter or eat it without. The staff was friendly and hard-working, which we appreciated. Service felt attentive without being overbearing. The food was good, but not particularly memorable. For us, the environment was the highlight more than the meal itself. That said, the location is great, right in the middle of a lively area with plenty of shops and things to explore before or after dinner. It's on the spendy side (you pay for the location!). They have an early bird dinner menu option. One thing to note: parking can be tricky. It's a busy spot in an awesome location, but there isn't a lot of parking available. Overall, we'd return for the ambiance and location alone - it's a great place to enjoy a beautiful Naples evening.
