Luigi Manzi came to our house along with our insurance company to look at everything. After all the estimates were done, they started the work on July 11th. They arrived at our house at 6:45am and started the work. They took a lunch break about noon and then continued working on the house roof. They took a break about 4:00pm, and then finished the roof on our house. They then started on the roof on our barn and stayed with it until about 7:00pm. after that they started using magnets all around the house & barn collecting the nails and debris. They finished up around 8:30pm. The crew worked hard and was a great team. Luigi was here most of the day. Then on the 13th the team came out to replace the guttering around the house. Finished up in one day and it all looks great!! We highly recommend this company for all homes & businesses As well!! We are very satisfied and pleased with everything!! Thank you AMG!!

They took about an hour, unlike others who took 2-3 hours. We got 3 bids. Although Legacy was a little higher than another company, we chose Legacy because they said they'd move anything that needed to be moved to install the windows. Garry Sorrell kept me informed about the progress of my windows and always returned my texts. On the day of installation, The crew did an excellent job of moving furniture, removing blinds, and taking down curtains. Legacy also replaced old rotting wood around the windows where needed. When they finished, they put everything back as it was and cleaned up all the mess from the installation inside and out. They hauled away our old windows. Our 23 windows and front door were measured twice to ensure they fit perfectly. The Legacy installation crews were polite, efficient, and meticulous. Numerous compliments from neighbors. Windows keep the heat down and let light in making the house much brighter inside. Matt kept in touch through the whole project and was very easy to deal with. Today we had Legacy replace the remainder of our old windows. Had some challenges for them in the kitchen and bathroom and they came through. Windows look great inside and out. While driving their company truck on I-35, I witnessed the driver attempt to sideswipe another vehicle simply because he felt slighted that the other vehicle had passed him. While it may not be directly related to their particular trade, it does reveal something about their character and how they potentially do business. Anyone willing to attempt physical harm to a stranger on the highway would just as easily attempt physical harm to a homeowner if there was ever any disagreement; and I personally would not trust such a person around children or pets.

Almost every person that came to my house was a sub-contractor and clearly had no pride with the work they were doing and no respect for my property. They built a wall that was not square nor straight. The masonry work that was performed was unsatisfactory. There were multiple sub-contractors that ended up walking off the job site after I asked them to re-do the work because I was done improperly or very sloppy. Even Jim McBride ended up quitting the project after he was payed and refused to complete the work or refund my money. My advice to to stay far away.
