Absolutely obsessed! Stopped here after receiving the wrong wedding band from another company. Pierre went above and beyond, making me a custom diamond wedding band that PERFECTLY matches my engagement ring in LESS THAN A WEEK. Their customer service and followthrough is unmatched. Highly recommend!! read more

Me and my husband came here for our wedding band right after we got our marriage license days before our wedding. Months after right before Christmas I had bent my wedding band slightly causing one of my diamonds to fall out. The owner Pierre was quick to respond when I called all the way from New Hampshire and said he would get it fixed on the house! A small Christmas miracle and even did a cleaning leaving her sharper then ever. Highly recommend!! Amazing service! read more

In Chicago, Pierre should be your first and only stop if you're looking for an engagement ring or any other jewelry for that matter. I went to him for an engagement ring on NYE 2018 when most places were closed. He was calm, nice and wasn't rushing me when we were looking at diamonds / settings which was appreciated. We purchased the setting which was a 'Pierre Custom Original'. He's a family man and his wife and son are wonderful people who frequent his shop. This type of atmosphere makes so that there's absolutely no pressure. He's a straight shooter about the prices and there's no sales or 'once in a lifetime deals'. He prices his jewelry competitively and it's all high quality. Simple as that. In addition, he provided a complementary insurance evaluation and offers free ring cleaning as often as you want. As a token of his appreciation, he gave replaced my fianceé's watch battery for free which was completely unnecessary but a nice touch. Finally, I think he's been in business for 30+ years and is a great asset to Jeweler's Row. He's exactly the type of guy you want guiding through the engagement ring process. Thank you Pierre for the great experience! My fiancee LOVES her ring! The complements she gets are endless! read more

This was not an easy experience by any means, and that was all on me. Pierre was fantastic and was with me every step of the way. I knew exactly what my now fiancée wanted, and Pierre and Maggie searched high and low until they found EXACTLY what I was looking for. I can only imagine what the experience would have been like if I would have gone with anyone else. They were patient with me and kept giving me options until they found the perfect stone, an emerald cut Montana Teal Sapphire, which was apparently one of the more difficult stones that they ever had to find. All in all, I would not have changed a thing and I would highly recommend Fiancée Jewelry to anyone. If they could find and create the custom ring that I was looking for, then I have no doubt that you will walk away satisfied. read more

Excellent service and very helpful staff. Pierre takes every effort to treat his customers like family. Straight forward and honest advice is what I was looking for when searching for an engagement ring. My wife and I are so happy with our rings even these many years later. Great service as always regular cleanings are fast and easy. Will be coming back! read more

If you tell me it is possible to have a better experience shopping for wedding rings and bands, then you are mistaken. Pierre is so friendly and knowledgable. He makes all his own jewelry. He is not pushy by any stretch of the imagination, if anything he found it amusing how impulsive of a buyer I was and encouraged me to take time to look. He also remembers us by name. Prices are great for the high quality product you are receiving. The diamonds on my wife's ring were stunning and below comparable diamond pricing at the virtual diamond mill of Zales/Jared/etc. Support small business owners, this guy is the best! The commercial you hear should say "ooooooh he went to Pierre?" read more

I should've posted this review before, but better late than never. Pierre helped us design my engagement ring. Service was amazing, took the time to explain everything, affordable, making of the ring was fast and most importantly, the ring is so beautiful it brought tears to my eyes. read more

Pierre helped me design my 25 year wedding band. I was very particular of the type of the ring I wanted and Pierre guided me every step of the way. This was my first experience with this jeweler and I was very impressed. He advised me on the correct width of the band, the appropriate size of the gemstones, and the selection of the perfect stones to make the ring transition from a dream to a reality. read more

Pierre is the man. I came to him with only a loose idea of what I wanted in an engagement ring. He was friendly and patient, working with me to build the ring I thought I wanted. Then he showed me how to make the ring better while keeping it within my budget. He was never pushy and he hit all of his deadlines. Best of all, he seemed genuinely excited for my fiance to receive the ring we designed. I was buying the ring alone, and Pierre assured me that if my fiance wanted to make any changes, we could start from scratch if we had to. There was no need - she loved his work. I recommend that anyone looking for high-quality jewelry start with Pierre. read more

Pierre knows his stuff and is very competitive even with the cheapest online prices. Don't let the outside of the store fool you, this is one of the best bang for your buck shops on wabash if you take the time to shop prices. I was super satisfied with the service and quality of everything Pierre offered, I would highly recommend. read more

Pierre and his team are the best. My fiance bought my engagement ring here, and he raved about how helpful and accommodating Pierre was. My fiance was on a tighter timeline to finish the ring, and Pierre was great in helping him out -- he even made himself available by text to give updates quickly. The ring was also non traditional, and they did an amazing job! When we had to get the ring resized shortly after our engagement, Pierre finished it in less than 24 hours so we could have it for NYE without us even asking for it that quickly. I DEFINITELY recommend this jeweler if you're looking for a customized, above and beyond experience. read more

This is a small, privately owner store. My fiancé and I came in on Saturday afternoon and were helped by the owner - Pierre - he was friendly, polite, not in the least pushy, and most of all knowledgable and helpful. We really felt like we were being assisted in choosing what we like, instead of being sold something. We put in an order for a ring on the spot by placing a 20% deposit. Pierre did everything he could to help us make our ring a reality. I appreciate his sincerity and true effort, it's not easy to find that kind of attitude these days. Thank you, thank you, thank you! read more

Do not let the name fool you. This is a small shop owned by the jewelry maker, Pierre. He is a very knowledgable gentleman who designs and makes all of his own settings. Pierre is the best in the business. As a first time buyer, I was needing a lot of education in the ring buying process. Pierre was very patient with me, answered every question I had, and most importantly NEVER made me feel pressured in making a decision. He is always around to answer the phone and even worked around the clock to help me with a pretty tight deadline. Will recommend him to anyone and everyone, thanks again Pierre!!!! read more

I absolutely love the jewelry that my husband and I have bought from Pierre. Pierre is not at all pushy. He wants you to like the jewelry that he makes for you. His wife, Maggie helped me to pick an amazing diamond ring for my 50th birthday. I told Maggie that I wanted some thing special and she helped me pick a ring and a necklace that was absolutely spot on for my personality. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to buy an engagement ring, a wedding ring or just some thing beautiful to wear. read more

I went ring shopping with my fiancé for weeks looking for a ring we both liked. We finally walked into Pierre's shop after a long day on jeweler's row where I had pretty much given up. Pierre has so many beautiful custom designs - along with other lines - and I fell in love immediately. When I went back two days later he remembered me and could not have been nicer. He worked with my fiancé in California to get the ring out to him and now I have the most gorgeous ring thanks to him. Ring shopping can be fun until it's torture and Pierre made it simple. We've already made plans to get our wedding bands here. Amazing shop, great jewelry. read more

Pierre is a great person! It was a pleasure working with him and he makes the entire experience enjoyable and comfortable. He really is a genuine person and trustworthy individual. Shopping around he was by far the best place and individual to work with! His work is great! His knowledge is exceptional! My fiance and I couldn't be happier with the final ring! Being that I just went through the experience, I would recommend any guy to stop in and meet Pierre. Thanks Pierre! read more
