The only bummer is that they don't take call in orders, on the flip side they are usually really fast so you won't be waiting very long anyways. This is my favorite burger place in town. Boomers may be the popular girl in town, but Fiamma Burger deserves to be known as the prom queen. The meat is fresh, and they use local veggies for each burger. Each one of their burgers on the menu is completely unique (my favorite being the B'Ham burger - ham, fried egg, finger potatoes and more), each one unlike any other I've had before. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a good burger. The downsides are the wait times (you can't call ahead), and the price. It's in the neighborhood of $7.50-$8 for one of their specialty burgers, while their basic Fiamma burger is around $6.50. Amazing! Great service, very clean and most importantly the food was very delicious. I wanted a coffee and the cashier was very honest and said the coffee was a few hours old if I minded waiting? I was brought here by a friend who had tried this place out before. I enjoyed it and loved how eco-friendly everything seemed! Major points. Their burgers are quite delicious and flavour filled. They are also super duper unique. It's been hit and miss though, not necessarily with the flavour, but perhaps my taste buds are off, but it has tasted like a pretty standard burger with all the extra toppings. Something I could do at home, you know? Still definitely impressed every time I come. Don't try and get a burger and eat a whole batch of fries, yam fries or chilli fries yourself. You will die. At least I did. Condiment bar is outstanding and above par! Never have I seen such a wide array of sauces. Definitely love hitting up this place every time I cross the border, but, yes, the only thing is the hit and miss with quality of the burger. I ducked into Fiamma Burger when making an Ice Cream run to the Mallard down the road. I was pleasantly surprised by their SW Burger. The chili was smoky and delicious. The bun was soft and fresh. The whole thing fit together almost perfectly. I think the only thing that could have made it a little better was a little more cheese. It was a nice surprise with some fun burger choices. This is one great local and community based business. The location had great grilled chicken, a large amount of sauces for your burger and/or fries - which are fantastic by the way-, and a large amount of seating that is moveable allowing for a great setting for large groups or room for smaller settings. Okay I have to be honest here and I really do not like writing bad reviews. This place is only ok. Always very busy everyone is always suggesting it but every time I have gone I have been disappointed. They have all these fancy burger options but they all taste about the same. Too greasy and lacking in flavor for the prices they charge. Not a fan of the food. I love the decor in here it is trendy and fun. I really love the amount of different condiments you can get (curry mayo was so good on fries) I think the flow of the restaurant is a little weird. (Where the water is positioned. If someone asked me where to get the best burger in town, I'd probably tell them Fiamma Burger. There are so many different styles of burgers that sometimes it is hard to choose what to get. They also have shakes, which speaks to my soul. The garlic fries are also addictive. The ONLY reason they got 4 stars instead of 5 is that they are incredibly expensive. My friend works there and she told me that the neat thing about this burger joint is that they support local vendors. Their produce comes from local farms and the meat is local as well. They have a good selection of craft beers in a can and the chilled pint glasses are a nice touch. The SW burger was very good, although a bit on the smallish side. They accommodated my request for half sweet potato and half regular fries. I never did receive the special dipping sauce for the sweet potato fries, but did like the Chipotle ketchup. We came here for a late lunch and were HUNGRY. The place had a steady stream of people coming and going but it moved well. He got the B'HAM burger, and I got the NW burger on a gluten-free bun (which was actually pretty decent!) with elk patty. We loved our burgers, they were tasty, a good portion (not to big and not too small [for both of us, and my man is a big dude!]) and had good flavor - and WILL be back! Next time I might try their fries. Also: Great ambience. Plenty of seating for groups. A variety of sauces you can select at pump stations for dipping fries. They have beer if you're into that. This is my favorite burger restaurant in Bellingham, they're the only place that knows how to do a good, not-overpriced burger. The green chili bison burger is AMAZING. I'm also OBSESSED with their curry Mayo sauce, I bought some of it by itself just to have at home for meals. This place is also Celiac/gluten-intolerant friendly! It's local, and there's so many different options... options for buns, options for locally sourced meats, options for milkshakes, options for beers and ciders and most of all... the dipping sauces. The curry mayo is absolutely hands down my favorite with the garlic fries! I'm a fan of the northwest burger , but really you can't go wrong with anything that you order here. It's a bit on the pricey side when it comes to burgers and fries, but you know it's fresh, local and there are options for organic. My hubby also loves the fried chicken sandwich! Pop in for sure! Its a competition to 5 Guys & In-n-Out Burger, however I don't think they are a chain. Lots of Ketchup options as well for numerous dunking abilities.
