I have been to several treatment centers in 2 different states and this was by far the best! The staff were the highlight-every single one from housekeeping to techs to instructors to therapists to office staff to nursing to neuro therapy assistants to maintenance and even the people who worked at the cafe. I am so grateful for all of them and would highly recommend this program if you want to feel better and do better!! read more

FHE is the only place I have ever heard of that provides outstanding followup to include a free annual retreat at the beautiful Lake Aurora Christian Camp located in Lake Whales, FL. My daughter went to the FHE after two programs that didn't take. This program was different. Their team kept us in the loop through every phase. But instead, including us in the weekly family group and also treated her like a just hit one year and back in school. I don't have the words for how grateful we are. read more

This facility was the worst experiences I've ever had. They lied about so many things just to get me in the door. I was told I'd have regular therapy sessions, but I never saw a therapist the entire time I was there (2 weeks!!) The sleeping conditions were awful, and many of the treatments they promised were either nonexistent or completely misrepresented. The staff were often inappropriate and unprofessional, and group therapy sessions were canceled nearly half the time because there weren't enough staff members to run them. When they did run them, they'd show us YOUTUBE videos. For a place that claims to provide care for people struggling with their mental health, it felt like the exact opposite--unsafe, disorganized, and TOTALLY DISHONEST!! One of the staff members told me "They (referring to Sean) will tell you ANYTHING to get you down here" - I mean... WHAT?!? If you are truly looking for help, I would strongly advise you to look elsewhere!!!!! This place is NOT what it claims to be. read more

It was a better experience than most treatment centers I've been to. They have a lot of staff available that take care of everything. There are group sessions and individual sessions. Worth giving them a call to see what they can do for you. The area is nice - the buildings seem new and clean. They have a lot of gym and wellness activities to do in your down time. read more

I came to FHE struggling with mental issues and substance abuse. I was strongly impressed with how well everything was put together. Therapy, medical groups, and the after care was amazing. Part of my treatment regiment included the ketamine therapy. It was explained clearly and used as a piece of larger treatment plan. It wasn't a miracle for me though. I've heard other people say it was. I didn't use it for the entire treatment either. I appreciated their honesty about success and whether it was working for me. The team including nurses and techs were patient and were regularly checking in with us. Even on the hard day . I was very anxious about my time coming to an end but they definitely stay connected with you though the alumni program and weekly meetings. FHE provided me with a calming space to get myself together, at a time I didn't think was possible. read more

Note that after FHE read my review they write this response: Thank you for reaching out. We understand there may have been some confusion. This page belongs to FHE Health, and we do not have records of previous interactions with our team. Additionally, the individuals mentioned in your review are not employed by our facility." THIS IS BLATANATLY NOT TRUE. They do not respond to issues having to do with roommates who stay up late, making lots of noise disturbing others who want to sleep at a normal time at night. Roommates often live like pigs. This is a photo of a bed where a roommate sat in her bed. Also shower curtains are too short. Bathroom floor floods. It took days to get the shower curtain replaced, only after repeated pestering. They put a schizophrenic, violent person in an apartment with me. Only after three days of my raising red flags and saying she scared me, was she sent to a psychiatric hospital. (She threatened to burn the place down). I felt very unsafe in a place where you are supposed to feel safe. The general atmosphere encourages cliques. If you do not smoke tobacco, be prepared for people vaping during group. And wherever you go you accosted by secondhand smoke. I had Dr. Charlotte Byrd Wilkins as my therapist. Awful. The woman is full of herself. One of the least compassionate mental health professionals I have ever met. She spent most of the sessions talking about how wonderful she is, how educated she is, about her family. Anything but the person in front of her. One session she spent yelling at me. I begged another therapist to take me on, to no avail. Because of Dr. Byrd Wilkins I left FHE more damaged than when I entered. The living quarters are filthy and rundown. The rules of group were not explained -another client there bullied me for having shared one of my vulnerabilities during group. This same client visited a friend of hers in my apartment, holding a lit cigarette. She was not held accountable by staff. My roommates played the race card with me when I complained about their excessive noise at 11:30 pm. After that I never felt safe or comfortable at FHE again. Lousy mental health treatment. read more

No doubt I would recommend fhe health. My case manager went above and beyond. All needs were seen to. I've seen some people criticize the food, but my experience was great, they made arrival and setting in a breeze. Quite a few amenities. Great place to go when you need help. read more

this place is not safe youre not allowed to lock your doors at night they put you with people who are not stable and when you express you're not feeling safe they use it against you. Not being safe was one of my biggest triggers so after being at this place I left feeling a lot worse. They don't care about your feelings or struggles they will have you moving around on fumes and heavily medicated. They charged my insurance $500+ for every appointment or what not and when I expressed my feelings for over two weeks they let me go then lied saying I was given the chance to move to a different apartment and I refused. I filed a grievance about the fact that my medications I went in with were destroyed without my permission and it's been a month and I haven't heard a thing. I went to the program for PTSD not substance abuse I will continue to advocate not only for me but for others that are feeling the same way read more

Since FHE keeps removing my google review of them, it goes to show how much you need to AVOID treatment at their facility. Overall, I do not recommend their mental health program and my experience mirrors other patients. I was referred here by a mental health line like others in a low, I wish I knew what I was getting into. Here are some overall concerns: Admissions: They are misleading about access to amenities (gym, pool, etc). Amenities and outing: you can only go to pool or gym once a day. All these outing to beaches ads a lie, they are not guaranteed and it's limited space. Therapists: you're promised weekly therapy - good luck with that. Many people, myself included, were not seen weekly and the quality of therapists was questionable. Most of them are interns but this is not told to you. The head psychiatrist Dr. Castellon was never around. Group Therapy: session size wasn't regulated, mostly run by interns or brand new intern therapists who lacked skill set to handle difficult patients. Many of them read off sheets of paper to guide the topic of the day. Sessions rarely started on time because facilitators were late. Clinical Team: the clinical director Brad is in way over his head. He was mostly inaccessible, but when you tried to get an answer from him (treatment, discharge plans, etc) he would dodge you like the plague or lie straight to your face. He failed to address any issues, acts like he cares but it's all a show. Medical Team: the "doctors" there are not MDs but are referred to as Doctors. Doctor Julia, the "main" doctor, is a Physicians Assistant. It's quite misleading. Psychiatrist Team: They boast about Dr. Castillon but I'm not sure he actually exists. You will not see a psychiatrist during your stay there. Medicine: They tell you they will not change any of your meds when entering but that's a flat out lie. My meds were changed as were others. And check what they are giving you, I received the wrong meds at times. Techs: they are truly amazing and are the only ones who really seem to care about the wellbeing of the patients. I would've been lost without them. Advice: Avoid at all costs, find a facility that truly cares and just isn't in it for the insurance money or cash from the ketamine treatments they push. I and others went to other facilities because of how bad the quality of FHE has declined. read more

FHE Health - FHE's most. - Counseling & Mental Health Near Me - Deerfield Beach, Florida

The problems at FHE start with admissions and the false information they give you. The information is not broken down by program. I was in the Mental Health building. I chose FHE specifically for the neurostimulation program and EMDR. It was only after getting there I found out EMDR was not available to mental health program. The neurostimulation program was good for me because I paid out of pocket, others had a much harder time getting their sessions if they were using insurance to cover cost. You only get 1 individual therapy session per week I don't consider that intense. You basically are housed and fed for a very large fee so you can attend group therapy. About half are just filler or someone trying to get you to pay out of pocket for ketamine therapy. I just left program in February 2024. Horrible care for my family member that is currently stuck there for 30 days. They have a gps on folks even though it is voluntary and they provide treatment that my family member stated he cannot do because of side effects. Putting this review here since they took down the one I left on google. 1) Lied about what their housing for PHP looked like on the website. It's like a hospital. Extremely unpleasant. 2) The group sessions are an unorganized joke. 3) Saw my therapist 3 times and the first two sessions were intake. Was not helpful at all and it's nearly impossible to get in touch with your therapist if you need them. 3) Case manager barely gave me a say or kept me in the loop on decisions being made for me. 4) One of the therapists who never worked with me baker acted me for trying to leave after I signed paperwork saying I'm allowed to leave and if I do they're not responsible for me. (The therapist was being petty because I called out the facility for being an insurance farm) (The therapist involved was also aware that the hospital they send people to is incredibly unsafe) 5) Many of us realized you move along the program based on how much your insurance will pay for. People being held there for for months for their insurance and unwell people being moved along if their insurance was running out. 6) One of the staff was sexually involved with a patient. 7) Men and women are kept in the same building so creepy old men get to predate on the 18-20 year olds 8) Majority of the staff do not give a flying fuck about the patients and are rude and hostile 9) They punished a girl who was legally mandated to go to substance abuse counseling by refusing to allow her to go. Then antagonized her until she snapped and forced her to go somewhere out of the county while being fully aware it would put her in legal trouble. 10) it's just a business owned by people who enjoy profiting off of suffering people. read more

I was in treatment here back in May-June 2022. I'm a retired state trooper and had severe ptsd with ideations of suicide and was a problem drinker when I voluntarily admitted myself. The many varied and excellent treatments help tremendously. Neuro- therapy helped me the most. God took my desire to drink from me and I'll be six months clean November 14. All the therapists and workers are prior first responders themselves and were all great except for the monitor that wears the multi color boony hat. He's a lazy dick. I would ask him to get mail or a package in the office and he would say no and go sit down. In the shade. Annalee you rock! read more

Had music therapy with Gary (music and hypnotherapist) this last week (June 22). He started out with some little banter then started talking about the group rules. He didn't read the official Shatterproof rules. He started talking about his version of the group rules..."all the men have to wrestle the two women (which I took as very misogynistic and tantamount to sexual assault) then someone asked if he rode his Triumph motorcycle and he said "no, I drove my Prius in. Instead of it going vroom vroom. It goes 'I'm gaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyy!" He then took us to the sound room and started taking about how he was a certified hypnotherapist and pointed at me and said he could "fix" me. I tried to calm down and several of the other patients saw I was upset and were insulted as well so I walked out and found a blue shirt (nursing assistant) and told Dr Sashi that someone needed to talk to him about how wildly inappropriate that was and I wanted to talk to her boss or the COO or someone else across the street. Today June 29 I was pulled out of a group meeting and I met with my case manager Mike, case manager Matthew and Dr Sashi ("Dr. Sachi" Ananda director of Shatterproof) and was told that I was a disturbance to the recovery of other patients and was asked to leave the program two weeks in advance. Nothing was done to Gary, nor did he ever apologize to me or any of the other group members. According to other patients where where here for rehab before that he has consistently made sexist and homophobic jokes. I told Dr. Sashi that I felt that I was being targeted because I reported the inappropriate behavior and the response was this is in everyone's best interest to remove the antagonist vs removing the person who's behavior is sexist and homophobic. read more

The admissions counselor with whom I spoke on the phone ("Ned") completely misrepresented FHE; I never would have considered this facility if he had been more honest. I was at FHE Health for 2 weeks. The place was uncomfortable and I refused to do PHP there. At FHE Health, PHP is pretty much the same as residential - 7 days a week of the same thing with no privileges. I really had to advocate for myself over and over again to get basic things done, like getting medicine or getting a question answered. The neuro therapy that they do on you is tDCS which is not FDA approved. tDCS is nothing new, in fact, the treatment is over 100 years old. Having to shuttle back and forth from the cafeteria, and waiting in line for food could take up to 45 minutes when it's all said and done. The food quality there is below average. Most people ordered food from outside sources like Walmart. This place is all about liability and medical will block you from using the gym if you have medical issues. I mention the gym because there isn't much to do outside of class but swim, use the gym, walk the parking lot, or play corn hole. Trying to wash clothes is an ongoing problem. To compare, I've been to two other residential programs that aren't as restrictive and were way more comfortable than FHE Health. If you value comfort, this isn't the place. read more

So you see, the management didn't like my honest review. They clearly state call or email them to discuss further. I did both and over a week later, absolutely no response. I did speak with the Doctor via email about my post brain mapping results. I had 8 neuro sessions when I was there for 29 days. I was told when I got there, we would get between 15 and 20 sessions. I got 8. I put my name on the list every day for an extra session and did not receive even one extra session. My sleep is way worse now, after neurostim. Maybe the missing 7 plus sessions would have made a difference, I do not know. Why start a protocol and not finish it? read more

Sent my daughter down to Florida House for Mental Health issues and it was difficult for her and she got no reassurance or support from the staff. My daughter called and said she wanted to come home and we told her when she was done with the program she could come home. Patrice got her release papers and released her. I tried calling Patrice to tell her that she just cant release her and put her on the street and she would not call me back. I called all day and left messages and called the next day all day and she would not call me back. So they released my daughter to the Florida streets when I live thousands of miles away. My name is Christian stafford and I am 18 years old. When I first started my treatment at FHE, I was scared and lost. I was withdrawing off a SSRI and a heavy amount of THC. Coming to FHE was by far the best decision Ive ever made in my life. The staff is amazing, the therapist are great, and the overall feel of the community isnt a rehab at all. It is a great place to go. Every staff and tech member will talk to you, know your name, and guide you through you struggles in a comforting way. some of the best people I have and will ever met in my life I met at FHE. The residential side of FHE is wonderful. The facilities are great, except the beds. The techs are wonderful and they really care! I honestly can't think of a bad thing to say, they are all wonderful! After that they put you into php. It usually takes over an hour to get your meds, the apartments are hideous, the whole area reminds me of a baricks or a frat house. You get more freedom, but the cost is living in a dirty place. IOP gives you the same freedom, but they want you to pay $125 a week and you only get 1 group session a day, IMO it's a ripoff. read more

CALL YOUR INSURANCE PROVIDER BEFORE ACCEPTING "treatment". FHE workers told me my insurance covered all the treatments they would provide me. After speaking to my insurance I find out; they are OUT of my network and was going to be hit with $2,800 + bill... Now these 1 star reviews are making so much sense. Common negative reviews for FHE is "insurance scammers". (BACK STORY) When I arrived, I made it very clear that I will NOT sign or ACCEPT anything until I know THE COST. FHE staff said I would not be charged anything, so because of that they got one day out of me. I'm sure they will be charging me for the few hours I was there. Even though I made it very clear, I did not have the money to pay any out of network facility for treatment when I can simply go IN NETWORK for a reasonable price. Matter of fact, they were trying to peer pressure me into changing from out patient to residential! GLAD I LEFT WHEN I HAD THE CHANCE! Imagine if I had blindly trusted them and took their word. Imagine if I didn't call my insurance and confirm what the cost truly was. FHE would've put my into more hardship. I cannot respect any place that takes advantage of people who are trying to seek help. So please, call your insurance so you know what the cost will be. I wish everyone healing, positivity and love. read more

Admission lied in my face about what would be allowed here and what is treated there. Come here to be treated like a criminal. Do not come here for ASD or ADHD or similar. The intake process alone is bad for that condition. Over 100 phonecalls in one month from admissions, a lot at wildly inappropriate times. Borderline harassment. Upon attempting to call my advocate, they did not answer and I was told that I can either check in now or leave. My Advocate was not going to be able to call me back immediately so I left to avoid being checked in to a place that has a hard time giving you the truth depending on which department you're talking to. Now I'm on the street in another state until I figure out what to do. Admissions called me after I left and continued to harass me despite hanging up multiple times. This place really needs to take it easy on the harassment. I used the last of my money to travel here from c t only to be lied to. I can't say how disappointed I am with this organization. My son went in for two days and then checked himself out. What? He immediately found a source of drugs and got high. Within a couple hours, we, the family who are all out of state, were able to talk our son into returning. We feared for his life! He could barely speak due to the heroin, but he was on his way back to the facility. I called ahead to let them know he was returning, but FHE (Sunlight Recovery) would not allow him to return. Even after pleading with them that this was a life or death situation, they told me to have him call in the morning and they would think about letting him return. What? Does this sound like a place that puts addicts first? Is this a place that really cares? I'm sure they will keep the several thousands of dollars in deductibles as well. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Luckily we were able to reach out to my son's minister who went to find him, picked him up, and allowed him to sleep at his place until we were able to fly him back to his family. I hate giving this place even one star. They almost cost my son his life. Don't be in the business pretending that you want to save lives if you are only interested in lining your pocketbook. I would recommend that anyone who reads this, finds a different place that really cares! read more

No stars. Please do your research and do not ignore the negative reviews. I sought treatment for a residential dual diagnosis program to help me heal from mental health struggles from 20+ years of substance use and abuse. After speaking to the admissions (sales) department, I checked myself in on Friday 3/31 with very high hopes to heal. Unfortunately I was denied the help I begged for. FHE Health uses a bait and switch method to enroll people. In the 5 days I stayed at FHE Health, I witnessed and experienced staff members of nursing, behavioral health techs and clinical staff talking openly about patients in a negative and demeaning manner. I was held against my will for 24 hours, given a medication that resulted in a severe allergic reaction, after providing a report (gene sight test) from a genetic testing laboratory. The medication was on my report to proceed with caution administrating and to start with the lowest dose. I was not given the lowest dose and was not provided information on why the Psychiatrist wanted to use the medication knowing the facts mentioned. I fell prey to the claims of therapies offered during the admissions process and wasn't given any information pertaining to my treatment or habilitation for 5 days. After a few days, the residents started to open up about their treatment and experiences. The majority expressed and agreed that they were lied to about what FHE offered. Like a "bait and switch" tactic. The environment is very toxic. The mental health ward is dark! The bedrooms have glass block windows with dark stained glass over (no natural light) and are furnished with old coil spring, twin beds. The linens are stained. You're only allowed a minimal amount of clothing and shoes. One gentleman in my peer group was promised help for his gambling addiction but, in fact, FHE doesn't offer any program for gambling addiction and he was stuck in mental health rehab and threatened with having to pay for the program out of pocket if he left against medical advice. My heart breaks for the people who fall victim to their false promises and illegal business practices. I walked out broken-hearted with no help and spent over $4000 to get there and back home. These folks will say anything to get you enrolled and in the door. If you choose to advocate for yourself, you are treated poorly thereafter. So sad. read more

My 23yo son spent about 45 days here. It is not a good facility at all. You should be very cautious about sending your loved one here. The positive aspects including the neuro therapy simply because my son insisted to get this, although we see no improvements at all. The group sessions and camaraderie were also positive aspects. In terms of the actual assessments of my son, his direct time with a therapist one on one, his direct time with psychiatrist, and the facility's responsiveness to family inquiries and concerns were all horrendous. To start, his primary therapist did not fit well with our son and she outright lied to my wife or I on several occasions. She would claim to meet him, but her version of meeting could mean 5 minutes in the hallway or that she saw him in a group session. She was endlessly defensive when questioned about something. She spent more time trying to convince us that she was competent rather than focusing on our son. After several requests by our son within the first couple of weeks and our requests via phone and email, to have his therapist changed, they were all ignored without even a discussion or response. I sent emails and left voice mails and spoke to the main administrator operator - requesting the psychiatrist to call me as well as the director of the facility to call me about my many concerns, but not one request was ever answered. Just completely ignored my emails or requests - with no replies. This place is run strictly based on your insurance and/or what you're willing to pay out of pocket. It is not based on your loved one's needs. Our son was advanced to the next levels twice against our wishes and against what was truly required still for his treatment. His primary therapist, lied to us and blamed the insurance company but I spoke to the insurance company who has records of everything, and they confirmed that FHE never made a single request to extend his stay in PHP. They moved him forward to each phase without any regard for his progress. They altered the "assessments" to us to suit their narrative. They set his end date without actually validating that he was ready. When I pushed for explanation of what their assessment was based on, no one would give a straight answer. Even as we were advising them all along of the abusive texts we would receive from our son how he "isn't an addict" and doesn't need to be there and it's all our fault, etc. One night I even had to call because he sent a concerning message to us. Admittedly, someone called me back shortly after. But the clinical director made all these promises and told me to call her with any concerns on her direct cell number, yet she never returned a single call or text of mine or had the doctor or Director of the facility call me as I requested. It's just a very sad situation to have these places scam your insurance (cost over $40k so far) and give such false hope to the family, when it was clear in the end that they didn't care at all about his needs or progress or future. One therapist (for gambling) was excellent and sorry I don't recall her name but I'll give her credit for her compassion and help. Unfortunately our son didn't get to spend a lot of time with her. Bottom line is our son has been home only 4 days and while he is still sober at the moment, he is back to his original ways of verbally abusing us daily, obsessive texting of belligerent messages, attempting to manipulate us for money, and many other irrational thoughts. And is fighting he doesn't want to go to sober living next. I strongly suggest you think twice before sending your loved one here. If you send me your contact info or DM me, I'm happy to contact you to answer further questions as I don't want to see one single family get taken advantage of ever again by FHE. It is difficult enough to convince your loved one to get help and go to in-patient treatment. We shouldn't also have to then deal with this type of facility and incompetence. read more

Will update my rating as we go through this experience. First let me say that I find it interesting and disturbing that after I reviewed FLH on Yelp, my account was disabled and my review disappeared. We will try this again and see... In a nutshell, DO NOT send your loved one to this facility. In my honest opinion, I think it did more harm then good. There are plenty of other places in Florida that will do wonders for your loved one (provided that they are willing to do the work). My daughter was treated cruelly here. She was under lockdown and seclusion for the last few days of her stay because she "passed a note" to another patient for another patient. While it may have been against the rules and she should have been corrected for it, their punishment way harsh and over the top. I went for family week and my entire family was belittled and humiliated. I witnessed other families berated and humiliated as well. While visiting, I was told that my daughter would be staying at their facility for at least another 30 days - then they hit me up for more money. I explained that I could not pay all of it and offered 25%. A week later my daughter was discharged. (This was clearly no coincidence - According to their Staff, my daughter wasn't well enough to leave when they wanted to charge me thousands of dollars to keep her and when I wasn't able to pay she miraculously turned a corner???) read more

I personally know how very difficult it can be to find a safe, comfortable and honest place to get a loved one the help that they need with drugs and alcohol. This is why I feel like I have to write this review... Every aspect of care at the Florida House is well done. Every person I know who is associated with this treatment center is passionate about what they are doing with their lives - therapists, techs, current AND former patients, etc, etc. Everyone truly cares about what happens to the people who go there to get better. Whether my review makes a difference or not doesn't matter to me - In the large scheme of things, I'm sure there are many people who have many things to say about this place (both good and bad), and ultimately only the loved one of an addict can be part of the huge decision of deciding where to turn for help. BUT, from my experience, I want anyone who may be in this situation to know that Florida House really cares about every person that steps foot on their campus. Staff, patients, loved ones.. everyone. I understand that other people have had a very different experience with the treatment practices and procedures at Florida House, and all I can say is that I can only imagine how difficult this field of work is in keeping EVERY patient or family member of a patient happy. This is the nature of the disease of addiction as well as the industry, folks. Every person is unique, and every person will have a different experience with different treatment programs. All I can say is that, THROUGH MY EXPERIENCE, the Florida House is the only place I would ever send a loved one who is struggling. Because they care, and you can feel it from the second you walk onto their campus. read more

This place not only saved my life but it also gave me one worth living. The therapists taught me to finally take responsibility for my life and provided me with knowledge that helped me upon leaving. The alumni program I was able to connect with when I got out became second family for me and connected me with friends unlike any I've ever had before. Today I work for The Florida House alumni department. It's a job that is beyond rewarding. They helped me and now I get to give it back. I just celebrated 3 years sober without a drink or drug and owe it all to them for teaching me that it's all in the action. Now I get to help others and what a gift it is. I wanted my life back and what I got was a new one better than any I could've imagined. read more

Florida house program is great but Teck's are never on time to dispense medications or that's if they don't forget to order your meds. Rooms have old furniture you turn while you sleep the bed moves away from back board. Oh and don't forget about the roaches... you complain and nothing happens maybe with this post some one will do something about all read more

Three years ago today, I made a friend aware that my son is having problems with drugs. He recommended that I take a look at this treatment center called " The Florida House". I made my friend aware that my son had been in five previous treatment centers over the past few years, and none has worked. My friend told me that he has a family member with a drug problem, and they too, were deep in their addiction with many treatment stays until enrolling in Florida House. My friend told me that Florida House specializes in chronic relapses and works with family members to educate them to addiction. Needless to say, I called Florida House speaking with a very informative young man in the Admissions Department. He informed me of the expectations of their program, and how the family must play a role in the process. I took my son to the program the following week kicking and screaming. One hour after dropping my son off, I received call from their Intake Department informing me that my son was fine and I would be receiving a call from his therapist in the morning. I must say, I was a little taken back from the initial approach, but as time went on, I started to understand the direction they were trying to teach my family and I. Once we started to apply the insight given, I really began to believe in their "method to the madness". Three years later, my son, as well as my family, have never been happier! And its all because of the The Florida House Experience. Thank you Florida House, you have saved my son and families life. If you or a family member have a drug problem. Send them or go to, The Florida House Experience. I highly recommend it! They will help you save your life! -Phillip read more

I was treated there for anxiety. The Residential treatment inpatient was okay. Groups were boring. Problem was that there were bed bugs which they knew about. A person got it while I was there. Also the partial hospitalization was awful and the therapist was terrible...never met with me read more

Nursing staff and Head of nursing is great all around and same can be said for the techs mostly great ppl that care for your needs They are 5 star worthy.unfortunately administration puts a bunch of unhealthy ppl in one big playpen and it just doesn't work out it caused too much stress anxiety more than when I went in there. They'll try to hold you to a 5+ week commitment so be ready, staff knocks on your room door for breakfast lunch or dinner then they pop their head in a half second after knock and a lady tech did so to my room and of course I'm stalk naked getting ready to shower so that needs too be fixed girl techs should knock on womans doors and same for the guys! was told there's a couple of bad case managers and I had one of them was there on a 2 week commitment he tried saying I'm there for detoxing and residential program and that takes 5 weeks minimum, like who wants too leave their kids for that long not me! If you leave early against medical advice once you get your person belongings an luggage your on your own they won't even assist with a ride too the airport! Learned more at my Rehab back home in 2 days then 9 days there, they don't know anything about 12 steps etc. I went there for sun and De stress and came home with a burn and double the stress anxiety!! read more
