I have been coming here now for seven months and I feel like I need to tell everyone my experience. Laura who answered the phone was BEYOND helpful and such a delight! I was moving from another state and needed to establish a new doctor and I was able to get in around my time not the doctors time. (I love the flexibility they offer ) Laura called me to confirm my appt the day before and asked me if I had any questions and even asked about my move! ( No one ever stops to ask how people are these days!) When I arrived I was there 15 mins early and I was the only patient in the waiting area. ( I read reviews they over book there are over 8-10 people waiting which is a LIE!!!!) I was greeted by the Dr and we went over all my medically and past doctor visit. For privacy reasons I will not list why I was there but when I left I felt very comfortable with the staff and the Dr. I am going on my 8 month and I enjoy coming here. On Monday at 2:15pm I asked if I was going to receive a virtual link for my appointment at 3. They said that the therapist would email me the link 30 minutes prior to the meeting. So I waited... and waited... and waited. At 3:22 the therapist finally messaged me telling me that the company never informed them of our appointment and we'd have to reschedule. I was confused and told the therapist that the company told me that she as the therapist was supposed to contact me before the meeting. Then I get a call from the company. A woman informed me that my therapist had a medical emergency and was unable to attend my appointment. To which I said, that doesn't make any sense, the therapist just told me that you as the company never looped her in that she had an appointment with me. The woman on the phone said nooo that's not correct, let's just make a new appointment, what day are you available. Immediately, I did not feel respected and this back and fourth was extremely unprofessional. I informed the woman that this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and I will be looking for services elsewhere. Then the woman said okay and hung up. The therapist then texted me that the company didn't put my appointment on the correct date on her schedule. Which makes no sense to me. Why contact me about our appointment on a day that my appointment isn't apparently scheduled for??? Someone or multiple people were lying, I'm unsure. Please save your time and do not go here. I had switched…read morejobs and changed insurance and instead of working with me they decided to charge my card on file without my consent to collect their $175 balance and overdrew my bank account, since supposedly insurance wouldn't cover it (yet insurance was still covering a few of my other things so I'm not sure I buy that.) Their late cancel policy is INSANE and they'll give you zero wiggle room (don't call 23 hours before your appointment, they'll charge you that $125) and don't take personal issues or unexpected things happening into account. Every appointment ran later than expected. God forbid I have a life and other things to take care of, but this place couldn't care less about YOUR time as long as you comply to running on their time. There were times where my appointments would start 40 minutes AFTER the time it was supposed to start. They also will not work with you at all if you want to begin to lower your dose or wean yourself off your meds. My intention was never to use medication for the rest of my life, and when I wanted to begin to take myself off my meds they wouldn't work with me or allow me. So much for patient autonomy. If you're in the South Florida area, go anywhere else. I'm glad I moved to Tampa, and no longer have to attend this practice.

Our adult daughter suffers from bipolar and PNES. Over the last 3+ years, she had regular bipolar…read moreepisodes every 4-6 weeks. Regarding her PNES, she would get an aura and often a seizure that would last 3-12+ hours. Even with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and medication, the seizures only reduced and auras reduced to about 2 times per week. We had our first visit with Dr. Kye in January. After asking us numerous questions, he concluded we were mostly treating the symptoms and not the cause. He changed about half her medication. In the past 6 weeks, she has had no auras. She has also had no bipolar episodes in over 7 weeks. This is a game changer for her and our family. I highly recommend Dr. Kye. Joseph P.
