Went to the actual store to resolve the issue since nothing gets done through their AI or chat…read moreagent system. The manager of the store turned out to be even less helpful than AI. Daniel of the Wilmington, NC store was rude, unhelpful, unprofessional, and tantrum prone. There are other places to buy big ticket items than Best Buy. Buy directly from the manufacturer and schedule a local company that specializes in installation, etc. Don't waste your time with Best Buy. Best Buy subscribes to the too big to fail approach. You won't run them out of business by not shopping there, but you will get better service and the same product, at the same price by going manufacturer and local specialized installation companies.

Came to this consignment shop in Wilmington after repeatedly seeing it through my online searches…read morefor consignment shops. I especially was drawn to this place because it seemed to be more relatable to my interest as compared to some other local consignment shops in the area that definitely seemed more beach and coastal themed. The Wherehouse is quite literally a giant warehouse. Plenty of good pieces as well as some junk. A lot of chairs, old furniture, and random items (my favorite was the child's Oscar Meyer Weiner car lol.) I was looking for something very specific and so this place didn't satisfy my needs, but this was a cool spot to look around. I think the value was pretty good overall for what they had available. And don't even get me started about how the artwork was outside! I took a bunch of photos. Probably like others do as well. Ha ha. Didn't interact with any staff during my time there, but that is honestly honestly just fine with me. They seemed like good people from far away.
