We have been renting a unit multiple units actually from this facility for coming on close to half…read morea year upon day one of moving into our unit we informed management that the power that was supposed to be supply to our unit was not functioning we were informed that there would be a maintenance person coming out to fix the problem few weeks later returned and had the same issue again contacted management and they also yet again told us that maintenance would be fixing the problem we are now looking at 5 months give or take and we still have yet to have power to our unit from my knowledge and firsthand experience while being at the facility the other units surrounding us including the two directly across the hall from us have power our unit still has no power after multiple attempts of contacting management and being told that it was going to be fixed it has yet to be done and has honestly agitated me greatly and has thrown quite the wrench in my summer plans for relocating our storage items as it is not very convenient to access our units without power we do not have a unit that is located on the outside our unit is 100% enclosed in the facility so I can't even use natural light and it seems that management has no concern in fixing this for us if anybody here can help me remedy this problem or possibly get my concern and problem address to someone higher up than the management personnel that we have had contact with would be greatly appreciated
