I would give 0 stars if I could, so instead I am sharing my experience as a homeowner so others can make an informed decision when choosing a home repair company I hired ABC Seamless for window installation. Before the installation, I had no issues with my home. After the installation, problems developed and continued for years despite repeated attempts to have them addressed. I sought professional evaluations to determine the cause. My insurance company documented in writing that the damage was due to faulty installation. An independent third-party contractor also provided written documentation reaching the same conclusion. Photos taken during the removal of the windows documented installation issues that were not visible until the windows were removed. During my attempts to resolve this, the explanation for the issues repeatedly changed--from humidity, to caulking (which ABC installed), to house wrap, and then siding. I was eventually presented with a proposed solution involving work estimated near $70,000. I am a single mother, and ABC Seamless was aware of my situation. During one conversation, I recall the production manager comparing my situation to Habitat for Humanity and mentioning the owner's charitable giving. I found that response discouraging because I was asking for accountability regarding my home and documented concerns. After years of trying to resolve this directly, I filed a small claims case. I represented myself because hiring an attorney was not financially realistic, while ABC Seamless had legal representation. They argued spoliation of evidence, claiming they did not have an opportunity to inspect the windows, despite having been to my home multiple times regarding these issues. The case was dismissed without prejudice because the court determined the matter was too complex for small claims court. This was not a ruling that my concerns were unfounded; rather, it left me unable to proceed in small claims without pursuing a more complex legal process. I have spent years documenting this issue, obtaining professional opinions, and trying to find resolution. Based on my experience, the financial burden, stress, and difficulty obtaining accountability have been extremely frustrating. I encourage anyone considering a major home improvement project to research the company carefully, ask questions, and make sure they understand how problems will be handled if they arise. DOCUMENT EVERYTHING AND SCREENSHOT EVERYTHING! No flash tape where it was needed to be fully functional to keep water out, as well as they did not use a nail flange on the insert windows. They also used liquid nail on the outside nearly damaging the exterior of my house during removal. Small claims was dismissed without prejudice due to the complexity and amount of evidence given, I have reached out to them to meet a resolution before moving forward with district court, so far crickets. ABC Seamless of Fargo advertises heavily the "Lifetime, transferable, non-prorated, even includes coverage for fading" warranty. My experience leads me to suggest that you explore other siding options, or if you decide to choose ABC, read your warranty agreement VERY closely and pay attention to the fine print. They used the built in "outs" to deny our claim. My feeling is the warranty is misleading and not in the spirit of good service you would expect with the price premium. read more

Buyer beware. We had a jetted Jacuzzi tub installed. A left-hand drain tub was installed instead of a right-hand drain. The side panel and some Delta/Jacuzzi hardware was missing and replaced with non-Delta. When the side panel was delivered weeks later, it doesn't fit. Finally got ABC-S to inspect it, but haven't heard back status on a replacement panel. A change-order added $1600 "restocking fee" to the bill. The bills keep coming, even though the work isn't done. ABC Seamless did not respond to an email and later a letter regarding issues. Only got a call from them when I didn't respond to demand for last half invoice. This project started with contract signing in July 2024 and continues today. read more

Poor service here in Fergus Falls. Took FOREVER to get the work actually done. And they couldn't handle it when we added more to the project. When they finally did the work, I asked the worker if they had finished it all, including the new stuff and was told "yes". But they never completed the work that was added to the original order. That was months ago. Then they billed us for the work that they didn't do - and had the nerve to continue billing us and adding finance charges for work that they never did!! We finally called them and told them to quit billing us for work that was never done - we'll finish it ourselves. Why we tried them again, I'll never know. We have a sliding door and 3 windows that ABC Seamless did years earlier, that to this day don't work right. Never will use this company again. read more

We had our house sided, new windows installed, and at this time doors installed. We have a little more work to be done before we are finished. All the work has been on time and with the doors even earlier than estimated. The job site is cleaned up and inspected daily and the sales supervisor and site supervisor keeps you up to date as materials come in and as work is accomplished. read more

I wish I had gotten these gutters years ago. They were installed one year ago. We happened to be out of the area for 9 months with someone housesitting for us and I wasn't sure what I would find when I got home as the house sitters did not get up on a ladder and check the gutters. From early September until early June the gutters only collected a few twigs and leaves but nothing that stopped or dammed up the downspouts. Everything was still flowing. After removing the twigs and leaves in June they are still clean 3 months later. I'm amazed at these wider gutters as our old gutters used to get plugged up every couple of months. I'm very happy with the quality of the product and the installation. First rate all around. Of course, you pay for that but, given the problems I've had with gutters, these are worth it. read more
