Our 5 month old puppy that stays outside when we are at work got into the house. Needless to say he peed and pooped ALL OVER on our white carpet. Not to mention the dog decided that red play doh was his fine dining. This made for a big red stain in the girls room. With it being the end of the month and being Friday finding anyone that could come out and clean the carpets in the next day or two was not an easy task, but when I called Alan he was more than happy to get out to my house ASAP. Alan was going to be at my house the next day at 11:30am. I text Alan my address with happy thoughts of clean carpets. I got a text from Alan at 11:24am the next day that he was on his way. I was getting nervous when 11:40am came around and no Alan, but then I get a call and its Alan he is having trouble finding my house. After he reads of my address I inform him that I do not live on 23rd I live on 22nd (I want back and checked my message to Alan, and I did put down 23rd). Alan was very sweet about the big finger miss type LOL. Alan was amazing!! He kept me informed the whole time. Got out all the stains and then some. Even the mysterious blue stain that all 3 kids said they had no idea what it was. I tried all kind of things to get out that stain, with no luck. Alan is your man if you want the job done well. He was great to talk (very funny) too and was up front on pricing (great pricing). After Alan got the blue stain out I did find out from the kids the mysterious stain was from my daughter's putty. Absolutely FANATASTIC!!!! I can't say enough about how great this company is. We have 4 teenage boys and some friends that have little kids that like to visit. We had a few spots where something (gum, candy, skittle, not sure) was ground into the carpet. I showed him the spots and asked him to do his best. It all came up! The house also smells great! Carpet looks like new again! And, I love the pictures of the progress... that is just fun! So cool - I was able to watch online while they cleaned the carpet. They recorded the whole thing and I just went to YouTube and logged in and watched it. It was really nice because I knew right away the stains came out and I would get my deposit back. They texted me when they got there and texted me when they were done.
