I called and a human answered. I explained what I needed repaired. He asked a few questions then gave me a quote over the phone. Plus they use 15,000 cycle springs instead of the industries 10,000 cycles. He said if I want to get put on the schedule for the next day to send him a few pictures with the name address and phone number and he'll give it a thumbs up in a text message. Well, that is exactly what I did and this morning one of his employees that does the installs texted me and told me approximately when he would be here. Then he messaged me this afternoon with a better time frame which was exactly the time he quoted as earlier. By the time I got home, he was done. He was probably here for 30 minutes. He had everything adjusted, but still had me push the button just to make sure if I noticed anything out of whack. Everything works as it should. They take checks or cash, and they will take a card, but warn people that it will be 4% extra. I couldn't be more satisfied and I'm glad to have it done in such a minimal timeframe.

After troubleshooting over the phone, Jeremy suggested they send a service tech to further investigate the problem. The next day Jacob from Fargo Garage Floors and Doors came out to troubleshoot and ultimately fixed the door problem within minutes. Likewise he communicated through pictures and phone call ,explaining the issue and solution reached in a very professional and timely manner!! Great company and great respectful customer service! Fortunately you can still use coins and there is a machine to exchange bills. There is an option for dropping off laundry to be washed for you. There are lockers to drop them off at for contactless drop off/pickup. There's a small play area for children in a corner and a vending machine for snacks. The place was a bit messy with trash about the floor even though plenty of trash bins are around and empty. The machines weren't particularly clean, so I used paper towels to clean the edges of the machines before pulling my laundry out to avoid getting that gunk on it. Adequate amount of seating and folding tables. There's a lot of outlets and free WiFi available. Although there are signs saying no soliciting/loitering/panhandling there was a patron taking up a large area with a shopping cart and other personal items strewn about sleeping initially. He later followed another patron to the door and asked to be given one of the blankets he had, mentioning that the ground gets cold at night All in all and good place to bring larger items to wash and dry. I would def just wipe down machines and stay nearby to keep an eye on your items.

Then didn't even put plunger to clean vent in the vent but snaked it in the truss towards my daughters room and got it stuck then had the nerve and tries to blame my daughters mom for his incompetence. Because she left him a bad review. What's a vacation have to do with you not being able to stick a vent cleaning device in a vent? The vent runs east and west on the south side of the room he snakes the plunger north a foot from my daughters room in electric cords running from breaker to her room. How can you claim to clean vents when you don't even put the snake plunger in the vent. It's the simplest and easiest job in the world. I used a coat hanger to pull it ouT grabbing the head of it from the hole In The ceiling. You could've burned down their house by starting and electrical fire or ripped the electric cables out of the breaker. I bet you were pulling hard because the cables were pulled into the truss behind the head of the snake. I pulled the head to the hole in ceiling by door. Look two reviews down. Ashley M. She states he was awful. And he left the snake plunger stuck in ceiling. In pictures over head view of this guys shotty work. And the vent above dryer showing he didn't even stick the snake in the vent. I spent three hours getting the snake out of rafters and away from electrical cables

I did not realize that each of these locations was sold off to individual owners several years ago…read morebut they each kept the name. So when a friend recommended here after having her wedding dress taken down several dress sizes, I didn't realize she went to a different location with an entirely different seamstress. I had dropped off 10 simple summer dresses to have pockets added. I specified that I wanted them to fit my phone. She took measurements of my phone, which I stated they'd need to be much deeper and so she measured the pockets on the dress I was currently wearing which were perfect. I believe it was around 9" deep. I paid upfront and she gave me a pick up of 4.5 weeks later. (Not great but whatever.) Came to pick up, and was told she only had 2 dresses done, come back in 3 days. Came back again, and she only and 6 dresses done, come back in another 6 days. So well over 5 weeks later and I finally get my dresses back. 8 of the 19 pockets (yes, 19 because one dress had a zipper and she claimed she couldn't put a pocket on that side) have holes in them. Some of the pockets even have 2-3 holes. Absolutely none of the pockets are anywhere deep enough to safely hold my phone and are all about the same size as my hand, and my phone is larger than my hand. When I wore one of them, my phone hung halfway out and repeatedly fell onto the floor at the slightest movement. There are loose strings everywhere and it appears she just cut the fabric of my dresses instead of unstitching the seam to add the pockets. (Maybe this is me being picky but it seems much more professional and cleaner to unstitch the seam and that is the way I have personally done it when I've added pockets.) She also didn't reinforce the pockets and clean them up with a line of stitching around the opening. (Again, maybe I'm being picky but they should be reinforced and it makes for a cleaner look as it tucks the pocket fabric into the dress more.) I'm just so disappointed overall and I will honestly have to fix the majority of them before I can even wear them. I have added pockets to dresses myself and am a pretty good seamstress but I just do not have the time and thought it would be worth the investment to just pay someone, with more skills than I, to do it. Clearly I was mistaken.
