Because she left him a bad review. What's a vacation have to do with you not being able to stick a vent cleaning device in a vent? The vent runs east and west on the south side of the room he snakes the plunger north a foot from my daughters room in electric cords running from breaker to her room. How can you claim to clean vents when you don't even put the snake plunger in the vent. It's the simplest and easiest job in the world.
