Terrible customer service. We rented a small unit to store some dorm room furniture over the…read moresummer. We told them how long we would be renting, and even the exact date that we'd be moving our items out, but we were told we would need to call them the month before we moved out. It is impossible to get ahold of an actual person when you call, but we somehow eventually got to talk to a human being and were told we actually needed to email them in order to cancel. Even after we did that they kept sending us invoices asking for more money! Even though we had called, emailed and moved our things out of the unit. No one there seems to know what is going on when you call. The rental unit was adequate and seems to be reasonably secure, but we will NOT be returning next summer, we will find another rental place. It is too hard to get help or talk to a staff person.

The owner of this place also bought a storage…read moreplace in Sioux Falls on Grand Slam Ave. I had all of my possessions including every picture I had, photos from childhood, etc., auctioned off without notice. I will be taking him to court. That said I highly suggest not taking a chance with these crooks and go elsewhere!

They seem extremely helpful, to only find out 4 months later to pick up belongs only to find out that both my units were broken into. Owner not helpful at all. Well thing happen sorry. Firearms and 30 years of a mechanics tools all gone. Be careful camera only at front gate.
