Went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of after some yahoo came and couldn't help.

Excellent service, TRULY available 24 hours, timely response. My daughter was locked out of her apartment and garage in the middle of the night, on a Monday. After contacting several other locksmiths claiming to be 24-hour and leaving messages with no response (none, not even the following morning) we came upon Lynn Johnson Lock & Key. Matt not only answered our call immediately, but he was on site within 20 minutes and everything was unlocked 10 minutes later. We even received a follow-up call from Matt the next day thanking us for our business. It's hard to find great service like that these days. Hopefully we won't need another emergency call, but if we do, it will be to Lynn Johnson Lock & Key. Highly recommend! read more

These guys are so friendly and helpful. They came quick and got the job done. I was running late for work and called to have my car unlocked. They came within a half hour and got right in. Even let me sit in their heated van while he worked on my car since it was cold out! read more

Asked them to go change a lock on my business. They didn't do the work because they said someone else is on the lease even though i sent them a copy of my lease and drivers license. Didn't even bother calling me back to let me know the situation or wouldn't return my text messages until I called from a different phone number and then they picked up. Didn't care to verify the fake paperwork someone gave them and mine was legit. read more

Quick service, professional and careful to not damage anything. Keys locked in trunk with trunk release in locked glove box. He had car open and glove box unlocked in 10 minutes! Awesome read more

EXCELLENT service! I initially called another locksmith in town to unlock my vehicle (Mr. Speedy...just DON'T...) and was told they would be to my place within 20 minutes. After an hour passed and no word from them (and several calls from me and a detailed message) I called Lynn Johnson Lock & Key Service. I was told someone would be out in 20-25 minutes, but the tech, Matthew, showed up in 15 minutes! He was super professional, easy to chat with and had me back in my rig in minutes. I would highly recommend this company for their great customer service and ability to have me back in my car and on the road in less than 10 minutes once on site. Thanks Matthew! read more

Gave me an honest quote, was able to come right away, friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

The service man was very rude. He drilled through my door, when I expressed that I did not want that to happen. Because of this, I was out the money I paid him, and I had to buy a new lock. It would have been cheaper and less frustrating to bust the door down myself. read more

I called another locksmith, Curts Lock and Key, because I was locked out of my house and waited for an hour with no update before calling Lynn Johnson. Fifteen minutes after calling Lynn Johnson the locksmith showed up and had my daughter and I into our house. The locksmith from Lynn Johnson was professional and very nice. I never heard from Curts Lock and Key at all. read more

Lynn Johnson are the most professional locksmiths I've ever dealt with. They can be trusted and very inexpensive for what they do. Best in town. If you need this service and you call someone else you're an idiot. read more

Fast, great, professional service. I was locked out of my car and he offered to let me sit in his van while he opened it and processed my paperwork because it was so cold outside. Definitely recommend them! read more
