They asked me for a VIN photo, promised they had the part in stock, and said the work would be done. What actually happened? NOTHING. They didn't replace the sensor, didn't touch the wheel, didn't do a damn thing. Then they held my trailer hostage and demanded money for some made-up "fees." I never requested diagnostics, never approved any extra services. The only thing I wanted was a simple sensor replacement -- and they flat out refused to do the job. This is pure extortion and fraud. I had called all around town and with all the cars in the ditch with bad roads, everyone was backed up for hours. I called Aggressive Towing and spoke to Kenny. I explained my situation and joked around with him about bad luck, and he told me he would be right over. He wasn't kidding - maybe a half hour later he was there to help, and after a few minutes my car was unlocked! Thank you for going above and beyond, Kenny. If they were a reputable shop, they would've known right away. Immediately upon delivery of the vehicle to the other establishment my son got a phone call from the people working on his vehicle that the towing company had almost torn his bumper completely off and shattered the undercarriage In the photos you can see are laying in the parking lot of the other establishment. My son then called AAA immediately who've tried and attempted to reach out to bed service Center for repairs they have never replied to AAA. So I called them today myself they denied the damage did either drive or did anything to the vehicle and he basically hung up on me. this is a case where we're going to have to go to court because they refuse to pay for the damages done to my son's vehicle
