Absolutely horrible, I left my dog here for the weekend for a short vacation. Within 24 hours my dog escaped because none of the staff were watching, they didn't know when she escaped because there were no staff paying attention. This was their one job, to take care of and watch the dogs. Absolutely horrible, I wasn't given any information about her other than she escaped and people saw her on ring cameras. We called to see what was happening and the person who answered didn't answer any questions and just kept giving obvious reasoning ( "I guess she hopped the fence" ), they did call animal control and the police immediately to get her found. I've been taking my dog Luna here since she was about 6 months old and she's almost 3. it has been an absolute saving grace for me. I work up to 12 hour days and she gets to run around and play with dogs all day and she absolutely loves it! It lets her get all her energy out and get exercise while I'm at work and too tired when i get home. They feed her lunch and everything it's really cute. The staff is ever changing but they're always very sweet and the owner takes her business very seriously! I'll forever recommend this place ! read more

The name listed on Yelp is incorrect, they are now known as My Three Dogs .. I just want to start off by saying, please don't waste your time coming here. There are two wonderful doggie daycares within a couple of miles, & both have outdoor areas & better trained staff. I started my pup here M-F in January, & although we both liked the other daycares more, I chose this one for convenience purposes. Now looking back, I realize it was a huge mistake & I regret giving my money to them. Since January, I have had a long list of issues with this place but I would like to narrow it down to the issue I feel most important to address- The staff (except for Jennifer, Max & Ellen ) are super unprofessional. With the manager Taylor having the absolute worst customer service skills of all. The website clearly states that dogs need to be neutered by 6 MONTHS in order to go there, but on multiple occasions they have had adult intact male dogs present. My pups 6 month cut off date was the 21st of March. So at the beginning of March her staff on multiple occasions harassed my roommate about him getting neutered. Which made me & my roommate really uncomfortable because he is my dog/no one said anything to me personally, & my roommate has absolutely nothing to do with his vet stuff... so I made it a point the next time I saw Taylor (at the end of the second week in March) to ask for clarification on the date & she informed me that they actually go by weeks (24). But I was quickly reassured that they would be more lenient on the time frame due to covid. & all that she asked is that I get her a set a date for the near future. The following Tuesday, I was able to get an appointment in on the 2nd of April. But to my surprise, when I came in that evening for pick up she had her staff inform me he wouldn't be allowed back in after the 27th of March unless neutered. I was super confused at first, & thought there may have been some sort of miscommunication with her & her staff... but before I could even tell them I had something on the schedule for the 2nd, I was cut off abruptly with "well did you talk to her TODAY?". The tone, the approach, all of it was unacceptable. & on my way out they handed me a sticky note that Taylor had personally left. It says "Has Hank been scheduled for his neuter yet? He needs to be neutered by the 27th or he will not be allowed in after" . The note is really frustrating for me because she told me one thing, then blindsided me the next week.... but didn't even have the decency to give me a call or leave a proper note. I had already requested time off of work, & paid the deposit on his neuter.... all for nothing. If you do plan on using there services even after reading this review, please steer clear of nail trimmings. My dog never had issues with it until they started doing them. & the last time I asked them to I was informed that they couldn't. At that point, I was happy they were honest about it & didn't try.... but then three days later without even asking they went ahead & did them & then charged my card without saying anything until after. The business itself has a lot of potential, & I hope the owner steps in & corrects issues before it's too late. read more

This place is a joke ! All the money you spend on your loved pooches and this lady won't eve. Install cameras to allow you to watch them or protect them during the day ! Not to mention the owners need to be right ! I dropped my amazing puppy off for half day service , I provided receipt showing her up to date shots . The hound lady who checked me in asked if it was her 3rd booster I stated yes. I left few hours later tge madyu owner called me and accused me of lying about the shots . I simply stated that the prior breeder performed them before I got her which I gave records . The owner " why did you not provide them " very condensing . I was never asked to show ! Then when I arrive she said it's a "shame you don't like to follow rules " that's terrible as her staff is responsible for having me follow their process if I'm not asked to do something then how am I to know otherwise ! I went to Fetch yesterday to tour it and find out about leaving my long-haired Dachshund, Jack there on Thursday afternoons. I had read the reviews on several sights and the only bad thing anyone said was that the place smelled strongly of urine. I was prepared to not be impressed if the smell was really bad. It wasn't, so they must have changed their clean-up policy. However, I now know WHY there would have been complaints about the smell. They DON'T TAKE THESE POOR DOGS OUTSIDE to use the bathroom. At all. I talked to two different staff members who told me the same thing. They use the bathroom in the room where they and the other dogs are. But, both staff members were quick to tell me about the wonderful clean up policy. What I think they are missing is that this is cruel treatment for the dogs. We have taught them never to pee or poop inside. They feel guilty when they have an accident at home because we have taught them not to go indoors. Then we take them somewhere where they aren't allowed to go outside for their business. I know that my Jack would hold it until he was in pain before he would have an "acident" inside. Then he would feel awful because he went inside. I have left a message for the owner to call me. I want to hear from her why she has this policy. After all, she's a dog trainer! She's also certified in dog massage. She should certainly know better. If I ran a daycare and never took the toddlers to the potty, the moms would have me for lunch! This is the same thing. If she gives me a different explanation when she calls me back, I will retract this review. But, I got that from two different employees. read more

I have to say not to judge a book by it's cover. The first time I walked in, I was not impressed. The smell was a bit much. It was like I had walked into a doggy nursing home. In talking with the staff, they won me over. My Lab has a bit of a humping problem with mostly Goldens and Yellow Labs. He is actually a sissy boy and very sensitive so it's not a dominance thing. He lives with a female Pit Bull and believe me, she is the boss! They have been very patient with him and actually told me that he gets over stimulated and that is why he does this. Since I rescued Cooper from the pound, I didn't want a place to simply board him where he would be in cage all day. Here spends most of the day playing, playing, playing with other dogs. I also love that they give him a free bath after 5 days. They are wonderful with Cooper and very attentive to my somewhat neurotic requests for Cooper's care. He comes home and sleeps for about 2 days after spending a weekend here. Cooper is my baby and I wouldn't trust him to just anyone. This really is a wonderful place with great employees. read more

Omg. The fact that my dog is laying quietly on the couch next to me at this hour (one of his many daily witching hours) is like a dream come true. I haven't had a lot of time lately to bring him to the dog park, and the time I did have was during rainy time, so he has been PRETTY punchy lately and literally never. stops. moving. or touching things. moving things. trying to smell my face....I've been losing my MIND... anyway, I dropped him off for his orientation, which was 3 free hours of day care, and he is beat! The place was great, the staff so nice, and the set up was awesome - varying options depending on the size of your dog and what is in their best interest at the time (crate, quiet room, open dog area). sheesh. can't believe I waited this long to go here. EDIT: I did drop it down one star because I forgot that the dogs don't get to go outside (only speaking for day care, not sure about overnights and whatever else). This is not really a huge issue for me because I wouldn't be leaving him for more than a couple hours anyway - but I'm not in love with that concept...I wish there was an outdoor environment. read more

Beyond pleased with our experience with Fetch.. Needed last minute boarding with my jack russell. The staff made the whole experience so easy and comfortable.. After moving here from California I was excited to find a new place to leave our little doggy for occasional days of daycare, and possibly boarding for when my husband and I go on vacation and can't take her with us. I will admit that I never actually left her there, due to how uncomfortable I was with their entire set up. The stench of unrine and dog hit me the second I walked into the place, which was upsetting in itself. The play areas that had dogs were inside. They have several inside areas, and they separated the dogs by size. The lady who gave me a tour was very nice, and informative. She seemed to know what she was talking about regarding the business. I saw two other employees while she showed me around, who were talking together in a corner. What shocked me was that there was not a single person in the play areas supervising the dogs!! The dogs kept getting in fights as we walked through, and the lady giving me a tour kept slapping the wall and yelling at the dogs to stop them from fighting. It was very chaotic, and didn't seem safe. Needless to say, I did NOT leave my little 7lb, dachshund there. They had a play area outside, but it was not in use, and the lady said they never really used it. I was quite disappointed with the whole experience, especially since I live about 2 minutes away. It would have been quite convenient to drop my baby off. I really wanted to like this place! read more

I called and made a reservation by phone. I filled out the online information form. We arrived at 10 o'clock for an evaluation. Way too many dogs barking loudly! Couldn't hear the person at the counter. She didn't have any information on our reservation. After waiting several minutes she finally located our paperwork. By this time my dogs were frantic to get out of there! I couldn't leave them there. There was no outside play areas that I could see. My 15-year-old dog would've been totally traumatized by staying there. My nine-year-old poodle practically yanked my arm off to get out of the door! My poodle was crying the whole time we were waiting for the desk person to sort out our reservation! read more

I'm beyond delayed in writing this review, but Fetch is the ABSOLUTE best. We've left our little man here several times, including during our wedding in Charleston last year. Jennifer was beyond amazing and TRANSPORTED our fur baby to our venue so he could be in pictures with us. It was so awesome knowing he was in such great hands during such an exciting time in our lives. We actually live in Charlotte but visit Charleston often. Fetch is our go-to doggy day care/boarding spot while we're in town. Local businesses don't get much better than this. You can tell they're really passionate about animals. I have been a client of Fetch Doggy Day Care since my furbaby was one years old. I interviewed several doggy boarding companies and I believed both Jaxson and I left all of them terrified. We didn't feel at east until we went to FETCH and met Ms Jenn and her wonderful staff. They welcomed us with open arms and Jaxson immediately fell in love. Fetch is the ONLY daycare/boarding place that I would leave Jaxson with if my husband and I are out of town or just need some time to ourselves. I love the care and time they take with my baby. When we pull up to the doggy day care Jaxson immediately gets soooo excited and happy to know he's going to stay and doesn't even kiss me goodbye because he's happy to see Jenn, the staff and all of his doggy friends. As for the comments about it being animal cruelty for not taking dogs out to use the restrooms, I too was initially concerned. However, I SPOIL and Pamper my dog and I'd much rather have be able to use the restroom in his playroom at Fetch than to have the staff having to walk dogs every 10 minutes because all the dogs are on a different schedule. Immediately, when dogs make a mess, the staff cleans it! When Jaxson returns home he has NO issues with using the potty in our house. I LOVE FETCH DOGGY DAYCARE and so does Jaxson! read more

This place is absolutely amazing. As Jennifer, the owner, would say...its like taking your kids to grandma's house to be spoiled!! I have a 10 month old puppy and 5 year old. The puppy has been going since he was 5 months. The 5 yr old has extremely bad anxiety and only goes when necessary but they're truly amazing with him and he now looks forward to going. They spent extra time with him on his first couple visits, easing him into the place and even keeping a close eye on him. They always treat our kids as their own and of course spoil them. When I board my puppy I get constant pictures and updates!! Sierra is my absolute favorite and by far the most professional and sweetest employee. Jennifer has even helped me with training techniques and sometimes just a lending ear to vent. This place only has professionals who genuinely love your animals as their own. read more

Wow. What a great experience. I was nervous to use a daycare because of the uncertainty I had leaving my pups with a bunch of random dogs but Fetch monitors the dogs and has multiple play groups so that each dog is as happy as can be. Cookie and Chile seemed to have had a great time and were worn out too! Weekly packages make it affordable for me to do regularly which is also a big plus. Nice work Fetch team:) read more

I have no idea what I would have done without Fetch. We had a death in the family and needed to make arrangements to leave town ASAP. I have a 5 month old Italian Greyhound puppy who I've had for about 2 months now. I was totally unprepared for this situation of where to leave my dog in this event. Thankfully I found fetch after searching online and calling different kennels in the area. Fetch was one of the only places that even answered their phone at the time (after 7pm) and had room for my pup on such short notice. When I brought her to fetch in the morning they made me feel so comfortable. I could tell the staff was so caring and compassionate about all of the dogs. I was way more nervous than she was - she got in the play room and felt right at home! The staff saw that I was upset about having to leave her and told me to call as often as I needed to. They also took my cell phone number and sent me pictures just about everyday of my pup loving her time at fetch. I opted for one of the private suites for my dog and it was perfect. My only wish is that fetch had online webcams - they have cameras in the playrooms and suites for the staff to see but I would love to be able to check on my dog at any time online. When I came back to get her I got to meet the owner Jennifer who was just great and told me how good my dog did with them. My pup is now fast asleep on my lap and completely unmovable! I trust fetch 100% with my dog and will bring her back whenever I need boarding or day care. read more

Our dog is extremely people shy and gets very nervous around new people. The staff at Fetch have been so helpful and patient with her. They are always friendly and greet you with a smile. Our sweet girl comes home worn out an happy every time. My only complaint is the smell of the facility. I understand that there are a lot of dogs all under one roof, but smelling strong dog urine when you walk in is not pleasant and almost made us choose another place to take our dog. However, the staff won all of our hearts over with their genuine care and love for dogs. We know she is in excellent hands as soon as she walks through the door. read more

If I hadn't discovered Fetch, I would have had to give up my dog. They helped me in so many different ways, starting with the obvious: giving my big guy a place to play and expend his energy while I was at work for 12 - 14 hour days. They also gave me great information on training tips, and gave me information on a great, and affordable trainer to work with my dog. Jennifer, the owner, is also a certified dog trainer and has offered so much help in training and assessing certain undesirable behavioral issues. They were the first people I thought to call when my dog was viciously attacked, and they helped me figure out what to do and how to care for my injured dog. They called around and found a vet that was still open for me. Fetch is honestly THE BEST. They take great care of the animals and the people that belong to those animals. I'd be lost without them. My wife and I rescue dogs for Pet Helpers so we are very concerned about the well being of our pets. As you would guess, sometimes we rescue dogs that have been abused and aren't in a good place physically and psychologically. We discovered Fetch through word of mouth. There have been several occasions when we needed help getting our fosters socialized with other dogs and able to trust humans again. Fetch was wonderful at this. They carefully controlled the situations and made sure that the dog was as comfortable as possible (considering new experience and circumstances). We were more than pleased with the results. Jennifer has even traveled around the country to classes and meetings on dog behavior to hone her professional skills. We're talking about an organization and people who truly love animals. We've used Fetch many times and the staff has gone way beyond expectations to acclimate our dogs to new environments. I have experiences with several kennels in the area and know how things are done and what reasonable expectations are. There were some comments from other users about cleanliness and odor. I understand where someone who isn't around a dog a great deal, or who pampers their dog to an extreme, would make these observations. We also pamper our dogs to an extreme. However, they are dogs and part of the kennel experience is to be part of the pack experience. The staff is very attentive and clean up any messes immediately. The dogs are all treated with affection and their every need is addressed quickly. I have used and will continue to use Fetch in the future... read more

I left my lab (who is my pride and joy) at Fetch Doggy Day Care for the first time while going away on business. I am new to the area and I thought I would give it a try. When I walked in the urine and feces stench almost made me gag... I should have just left then. I spoke to the owner and left special instructions for her to administer medication and feed her a special brand of dog food that I had brought with me. When I returned 4 days later to pick up my dog she did not get any medication and the bag of food I left for her was not even opened. I asked to speak to the owner but she was not there nor has she contacted me as to why she did not get her medicine or food. The dogs have to use the bathroom on concrete which my pet is not accustomed to so I am afraid she held her bladder until she could no longer stand the pain. I should have done my research on this place first so my advice to you is - Do Not Board Your Pet There!! read more
