While our dogs were there, we got no communication or indication of anything. When my boyfriend picked our pups up, he felt extremely rushed because of the line and didn't get to talk long to anyone about their stay. I ended up calling myself and literally had to "prod" for answers about how everything went. Only got "they did well" and no details of anything. I know no news is good news, but I could've used a little more detail instead of one word answers and me being the only one talking. The icing on the cake was when our dogs came home, the one who was w other dogs got EXTREMELY sick and the other who was in private play caught the bug 24 hours later from the first. We know anxiety poops after change of scenery/boarding/etc. this was NOT that and our vet needed to prescribe antibiotics because it continued to last into a week and wasn't getting any better. Not saying the bug is anyones fault, but it's the last straw I needed to never go back. Thanks but no thanks!

We called to see what was happening and the person who answered didn't answer any questions and just kept giving obvious reasoning ( "I guess she hopped the fence" ), they did call animal control and the police immediately to get her found. Thank goodness I saw a post on NextDoor and Facebook about Abby Hutton and her pet sitting service, she was my Godsend!! We met her 3 days before my trip and my two dogs, 2 and 4 year old lapdog pits, took to her immediately and tried to cover her with kisses, I knew then and there she was the one. She came to our home 3 times each day, fed them, played/cuddled with them, took them out and, to my surprise, cleaned the yard!! She sent us text and pictures each time she checked in on them and I felt so relieved and happy knowing they were home and being well taken care of. You can tell she loves her work and cares for your animals just like they were her own! I never used a sitter before, just boarding, but we already know this is the route we will go on any of our future vacations because we loved the fact that she came to our homes so our pups were already in their happy place and it felt like leaving your dogs with a trusted friend. We LOVE our dog walker Briana and I am constantly getting comments from neighbors on how wonderful she is with my dog. She really loves him and he loves her. My furry boy came to me with lot's of anxiety and it was Robin who suggested I send him to doggy daycare 2x a week for socialization.
