We have an old 1800's home so he dug through tons of info to figure it out and we are VERY pleased with his work. The ONLY complaint I had was the fact I had to keep close tabs because his communication isn't the best. He texted saying yes he'd do it but Then it fell silent with no communication. So I reached out. He texted and responded every time I reached out but it was a vague response so I had to pin him down as to what the date was that he was coming. Very very nice guy and very good work, I think he's just swamped. I would definitely use him again.

There were hills and valleys, trees, brush and even a deep drainage ditch on the one corner. It hadn't been last surveyed as far as we knew since the early 40's.
