I purchased a small faux chandelier (called a sputnik) with six arms. I also purchased a set of 15W bulbs for it because the room is smallish, and I didn't want it to overwhelm the space. Mr. Mann came out and without hesitation gave me a fair price and installed it without incident. It was perfect. At first, we thought it might be too dim but after a few weeks with it, I find it is the perfect illumination for the room. Mr. Mann is the consummate professional and is very knowledgeable. I like his style and workmanship. I would recommend him for any handyman service you may need around your house.

Measurements were taken, fabrics, hardware, and interliner were selected, and the order was placed. Weeks went by without an update, so I followed up. I was then told there wasn't enough interliner in stock and they'd have to order more, which delayed the timeline. A new delivery date was provided, and I even received a call confirming that the drapes were on the way. Then, out of nowhere, I got an email saying the interliner shipment arrived damaged and the delivery had to be refused. No clear update since, and they couldn't tell me when the product will actually arrive. It feels like they priced and sold a product they didn't really have available -- and now the process is being drawn out so long that a customer might just give up and switch to something else. Bait-and-switch? Maybe. I'll let you decide. Perhaps I am just frustrated... and its just a bad coincidence

The install was fast and he installed one pair of shades backwards, but quickly corrected the error. If pricing were more reasonable I'd definitely give five stars but it appears I was charged 4-5 times what other owners have paid going elsewhere and again this was with the discount, but I guess that's the price of custom blinds.

I paid him $13K of $16K we agreed upon and requested he correct for the oversight and error on his end before receiving the balance.
