Today (Monday I call) and they have to look up my information and tell me their guy will look at today (only because I called them). They are too busy apparently and three weeks in advance is just too little time for them to call a customer back who got an estimate done per their instructions.

Told me he would get them as soon as the part store open next morning. He did and got to me very quickly. He inspected the rest of my vehicle after fixing the original problem. Discovered another problem and fix it also. He did a very thorough job, on a very hot day, when most would have wanted to get out of the heat. They did not notify me they were delivering my car and when they did, they left it blocking my garage door. The vehicle has a broken wheel and can not be moved out of the way of the garage. The driver could not have found a worse place to leave it on my 22,000 SQ Ft of pavement which includes 3 designated parking areas. It looks like he tried to hit the smallest parking area but missed the back side of the parking pad by 15' and left the car hanging out and blocking a garage door. 15' further back would have been perfect, it's a shame they delivered the car over 200 miles and missed by 15'. Had they offered me the courtesy of a simple phone call, I would have been available to show the driver where I wanted the car

She was traveling alone from college in Kentucky, home to Maine, and encountered a flat tire on the highway in Barboursville. I called various wreckers and got nowhere, until I called the kindest woman at A-1 Wrecker Service. She sent a wrecker out to my daughter and even told me the best place to get a new tire. A-1 Wrecker had someone out to my daughter within 15 minutes! From our daughter's frightened call to being back on the road took only 1.5 hours (shout-out to the amazing NTB in Barboursville, as well!), which is simply amazing. They seem like they were friendly and professional. And said they would give me a free tuneup. So I returned. Because I needed struts and shocks all around then I had them install new high Performance Monroe struts and shocks.again very nice and friendly. Now I know why. They did halfway. The rear springs both sides were cut with a torch! And the struts were not new. No wonder they were so nice. But I was going to call them to schedule another oil change. They never called me back or responded to my messages. Because I without realizing what they did. Found out 1 1/2 later. So just case any mechanic is extra nice and friendly.
