She found us a hotel room for the evening, worked with the rental company to find a solution and even checked on us even after the solution had been reached. Breaking down while driving across country from California to Maryland was a nightmare! But I am so glad I broke down where I did and was sent McGuire's Towing by my rental company. Told me he would get them as soon as the part store open next morning. He did and got to me very quickly. He inspected the rest of my vehicle after fixing the original problem.
