So the "3-5 day promise on deliveries" in NOT ACCURATE!!! I am on 9 BUSINESS DAYS AND NO DELIVERY!! So because I prepare and do my due diligences, I get screwed over. For the last week and a half, I have had to use my propane sparingly, so that if we do lose power, I will have some source of a little heat for my family. Yes, I have been extremely patient. (Ordered on 1/20 via voicemail, but it was not put in until 1/22 when I called back, called back on 1/26 and was promised it by the end of the week. Called back at 4:09 on Friday 1/30 as I still hadn't received my propane delivery. Now it's 2/2 and I still don't have it. I ordered propane OVER TEN days ago, (9 business days ago). This place has it all--oil for your car, winning lottery tickets, propane, a Red Box, something for whatever ails you. Most important they have a clean ladies restroom. I'm not making any assumptions about the men's room--didn't pay it a visit. Customers wore masks and kept their distance. Cashier was not masked while she drank and then only half masked the ready of the time. It cost you a star to have your nose hanging out. I want to feel safe going into a heavily trafficked space like this.
