Absolutely terrible customer service. They are a nightmare to work with! The people who answer the phone are unhelpful and rude. They will not come and get an expired tank no matter how many times you request it get picked up. My recommendation is to find another option for your propane needs. read more

This company sucks. They will lie to you when you first go to them. Read all the fine print in the contract!!!! They charge a rental fee on the tank regardless of how much gas you buy., most other companies don't. Then after a year when you find out they charge you that regardless of gas purchases they will charge a crazy amount for the to pick up their tank. Terrible company! Go somewhere else. read more

I have used this company for several years and for the most part had been satisfied. NOT this year. Very disappointed with suburban propane. Spoke to them on 3 different occasions in the last 3 weeks. I was given 3 different dates for delivery of propane. Propane was not delivered on either commitment they made. They should not make commitments they can't keep. I am a frustrated customer. When speaking to them there seem to be no sense of urgency.
