Without these reviews, it's a pretty hidden place so I would've never even known it existed! There was one person ahead of me finishing up so I pulled up in front of the attendant (totally forgot to ask his name). Told him it was my first time there and he replied "me too!" with a chuckle. That lightened the mood and eased any hesitancy I had. My husband brought our empty propane tank out and the guy told us where to put it before starting to fill it up. They usually charge by the gallon and was about $3.80/gal for us. We got about 4.5 gallons, which ended up costing under their $20 minimum so he rounded the total up to a flat $20. Paid with our credit card and given a receipt and we were on our way in under 10 mins! Incredible! I'd recommend this place to all our friends for their propane needs. It's right off the 55 so it's super easy to access too! Next time, we're gonna bring both our propane tanks to get filled since it was such a painless experience.

Despite this, the new employee made me wait over 30 minutes before filling my tanks. What made the experience worse was his attitude. He was demanding, unpleasant, and far from customer-friendly. Instead of explaining any concerns professionally, he came across as unfriendly and difficult to deal with. After nearly 20 years as a customer, I was very disappointed by the way I was treated. I understand safety procedures are important, but customer service matters too. I hope management addresses this issue because one employee can quickly damage the reputation that has kept customers like me coming back for years.

The transition occurred during my 10…read moremonth storage experience and at first I was a little worried about what might happen to my crate/box/pod, but I was repeatedly assured via email and snail mail that UBox had me covered. I just moved, and arranged for my pod to be delivered to my new residence. The entire experience was flawless. Jennifer, who handles the UBox side of the business was so accommodating. She kept in constant contact with me, and called me multiple times to confirm. She's got mad skills! Today, 4 days after getting the pod delivered, I had it picked up. Bye Bye pod. Thanks for taking good care of my stuff for almost a year. These peeps are very gracious and really care about their customers. Beware hidden fees for everything imaginable…read more You are not allowed to get your stuff early if you get a "promotional" cost. You will get charged the balance of the unused amount of time. Problem is that they don't tell you about the responsibility they'll just sneak you into whatever promotion based on how long you think you will stay. Thankfully they converted me back to regular cost otherwise it would have been a $70 fee for unused month instead of a $20 balance for regular payment per month... Just FYI, it was "very rare" that they made this exception. My card was stolen and numbers were reset. I was charged $20 for the card on file not going through instead of getting an email that says something like "do you need to update your card?"... Hidden score for them, there is nothing about a card not running through that costs $20. I used the 30 minute wait and pickup. No one told me (aside from the driver when I asked) that going beyond the 30 mins, costs $50 for each half hour thereafter. Sneaky. The box is on the small side, has very few loops to tie your stuff down and is only made of plywood. If you aren't in a good neighborhood use something made of metal not wood.
