The repairman was out at the house 20 minutes after we called (on a Sunday no less), fixed the problem in about 30 minutes, relit the water heater, stove and the furnace, showed me his repair work, was very pleasant, and the price was very reasonable. He also told me to watch for the propane sale they have every summer - they have a week where the price drops to about 85 cents per gallon.
