One of the properties caught us off guard on the Friday before the Christmas weekend with a very, very low level of propane in it. I called in a panic, thinking this was going to be an issue with the Christmas holiday weekend approaching, but Heather called me back to reassure me that they would be up in our area that morning to fill the tank. By 11:30 am that next morning (Friday before the start of the Christmas weekend), the tank was filled and there was no extra charge. Awesome service!! Jan L.

Office personnel seem to find humor in that when you confront them about the fact nobody is ever in the office to answer the phone. Will not last long doing business that way. We just chose to have our gas brought by someone else who chooses to answer the phone!

I had contractors on site with a dumpster, and they couldn't remove the dumpster due to 1.5 feet of snow. I went through 12 different people for a word-of-mouth referral for someone to plow the driveway. I finally got referred to Stan. Stan answered the phone on the second ring. He was cheery and energetic while I explained my situation. He got my address and let me know he could be head there right away! He offered a fair price, and communicated well with me during the whole process. He called me upon arriving to give an updated/confirmed price and he called when he returned from completing the snow removal job. He mentioned that he does a few other odd-jobs to help us during our home projects in the future. He also carries lots of items and propane for your grills! I'm so excited to have such a good, honest, and friendly neighbor in the area. I will definitely continue to do business with him for the long run!
