Pick it up from them, (35$ for a full day!), and the condition of it was awful. I inspected it visually before renting and gave them the benefit of doubt that it just looks a little beat up as it is a rental. But I get home, plug it into the wall and this "beauty" produces half of the torque my handheld, battery, compact DeWalt impact does. Not to mention that Pin Detent on the anvil of the corded impact was completely pressed in so you couldn't even properly lock an impact socket on the dang thing first and last time I'll be coming here, wish I took pics and vids of the tool performance because it was hilarious. No idea why they rent tools that don't perform as they should and leave it to the customer to find out after spending money renting the equipment!

We scheduled a 6x 12 enclosed trailer that had been in an inconvenient location for any truck to pull up and hitch the trailer. I had asked if they can switch to a different trailer and from one of there employees who I believe name was Dan or Nick in his early 30s, with a small beard had said a hard no with an attitude. The manager or owner I believe had then came and asked what was the issue and I had explained and he seen that I couldn't any further for by reversing back by trying not to hit one of their tanks that weren't able to be moved by a dolly, and there dolly's in the front of the way, had also said a hard no and made us late to our destination eventually.

I don't rent very often and when I do it is usually a truck for moving. My first experience here was really easy, the truck was $39.99 + Tax and suited all my needs. There was some confusion over my method of payment, they authorize a card for $250 for deposit then you get charged after the rental is returned for whatever the cost is plus mileage, gas, etc. The $250 then gets put back on your card, well in my case they accidentally charged my card, luckily they were able to refund it and there was really no harm done. My second experience was just as easy, I asked for the same thing I had a month ago and there was no questions asked. Once I payed I notice the rate is suddenly $49.99 + Tax. There is no price listing I can find on the web site and when I asked about the change I was told they just moved their rates on the 1st of the month. Seemed a little fishy to me especially since it was May 1st and I was specific in asking for the same thing I just had less than 30 days ago. I would think at the time i was filling out paper work before actually renting the truck someone would have mentioned, "Hey, by the way our rates changed starting this month and it is different from your last rental". I didn't really feel valued as a customer who came back twice in a month to rent equipment and was a little upset I wasn't informed about the change in price. It was exactly right for my purposes. I am absolutely going to use it again the next time that I need to see out of a mask. Ten/ten recommend. Second, they are my go-to for winter insulation. I love my louvered porch windows in the summer--they are great for getting the air flowing. In winter? Somewhat less enamored. My porch gets cold, which means my living room can be a bit more invigorating than ideal. I always know that I can go to Jerry's to pick up window insulating kits that will help seal the cracks and keep me cozy. Good prices and some of the most helpful and courteous staff in town--this is a truly awesome neighborhood resource.
